He was quick, efficient, knew his stuff....quickly addressed my problem and found another I had no idea about, so probably saved us further expense down the road! He was clearly well trained because he didn't take any shortcuts and quickly fixed all issues and was still in and out very quickly, I thought! I had a leak in a pipe that did major damage to my home. He spent twenty minutes repairing the pipe and charged a ridiculous amount. That's not my issue though, he didn't supply a receipt or an invoice outlining the work done. Without this my insurance won't pay out. I've been nothing but polite to him and even explained personal information like I'm a disabled mother of 3 children and that I needed my home repaired. I rang and text every day for 9 days after his promise to supply me with what was needed. He has totally ignored all my messages and calls and still stuck at home with all the damage done. So once again don't be the next person to write a negative review, there are quite a few here already. Totally untrustworthy and unreliable.
