He also advised us to apply the same fix (new transformer) to the other three downlights, thus reducing our electricity usage from 200 watts to 20 watts for the four lights. Then said the part was not available after i specifically told them what the issue was before. Instead of demanding refund, i asked could they call back to fix something else since they would have needed to come back anyway.After 3 weeks chasing finally I finally got my answer which was they said they would not. obviously more profitable for them to call out even if they cant fix it. beware.
