Then said the part was not available after i specifically told them what the issue was before. Instead of demanding refund, i asked could they call back to fix something else since they would have needed to come back anyway.After 3 weeks chasing finally I finally got my answer which was they said they would not. obviously more profitable for them to call out even if they cant fix it. beware.
