This is something that should have been disclosed at the time the appointment was made, not after the service had been completed. I could have made other arrangements by going to the bank and getting a check. I felt like I was taken advantage due to my age.

Ray has helped me with a couple of different plumbing issues…read more One was an emergency..during that super cold winter when the temp went down to zero..I had issues with pipes that I didn't even know EXISTED behind the wall of my mudroom freezing. Water was entering my basement walls..it was a mess. He came as soon as he could. Cut into the wall and fixed the pipe. Explained that there was a pipe behind the wall for a washer/dryer--the previous owner never documented this or explained it to me (it's a very strange, rear-of-the-house mudroom that was an add-on.) For the second visit, I had a sewage back up. He came and diagnosed it, and fixed it by cleaning up the sewer line under the street. Apparently, my home piping is pretty sturdy and modern, but the pipes under the street are old and thin. So I have to be careful what gets flushed down my toilet. Yet another thing the prior owner didn't inform me of, and I had to learn at a cost to paying Ray from Streamline to fix. At least he was reasonable! I will definitely hire him again. In fact, I'm planning to contact him this weekend about a new water heater.

After texting my frustration and over a month of waiting jay sent Cesar out to take a look and fix it. Cesar agreed it was not wear and tear and was not filled fully and fixed it. Needless to say I was hoping for a call from the owner who was too busy to come out but did not receive a call apologizing. So disappointed.
