We had scheduled a consult several months in advance and arrived ten minutes early for a 9:45 a.m. appointment. After 45 minutes of waiting, we asked when we might expect to meet him. We were told, "He knows that you are waiting" and that "he needed five more minutes." At 50 minutes after our scheduled time, we left. How disrespectful and dismissive of our time. read more

I am so happy I found this amazing doctor ..! I wanted to do the nose surgery for many years and couldn't do it till I find the right person that I can trust. I was stressed but put my trust in him. Someone who is reliable, doing it for at least 15 years , that is nice and gentle. The results..! I love it .. love it so much. Also, now I am able to breathe through the nose much better. I can't recommend him enough. :) really the best !! read more

Dr Roesler is absolutely the very best of the best. I've had two large facial incisions over the last two years & with his top notch ability of stitches, absolutely no one and I mean no one, can see where any of my stitches were. I WOULD GIVE HIM A 100 STAR RATING IF I COULD!!!! He is by far the best doctor I have been to ever. His top notch assistant Lily is absolutely amazing as well. What a wonderful practice & office to go to. I highly recommend Dr Roesler & this practice. THANK YOU!!! read more

I met Dr Roesler's staff during a visit with Dermatology in office. I was experiencing vertigo and inbalance and ear pain. Staff was friendly and welcoming took about two days to call with an appointment was also informed before appointment he did not accept my ppo insurance which I appreciated as many times you are never informed till you arrive at office . Dr Roesler did a maneuver I had never heard of before it helped immediately and felt better as days went by. He is definitely worth my drive from LA and paying for visit. Thank you lily and Dr Roesler read more

Bobbie k. I am responding to Hayley S who has written a scathing review regarding dr roesler his staff & office. Really, what planet are you on ??? I am beyond shocked I have been going to Dr roesler for over 10 years referred my adult children & many close friends Never once have any of us been ill advised or given treatment without honesty & professionalism. In fact if not for dr. Roesler's cancer diagnosis on my son he would not be here with us today, The doctor & his staff have been both friendly, professional & accommodating on each visit If I could give them all 10 stars I would I just couldn't let that "offensive/hurtful" review go by without reacting to everyone imvolved read more

I am so glad a friend and coworker referred me to Dr Roesler. I had consulted with a few other doctors when I made the decision to get a lower face lift. The minute I spoke with Dr. Roesler and voiced my concerns and expectations, he explained the surgery and recovery process and put my mind at ease. I could not be more pleased with my results and the after care I received from Dr. Roesler and his amazing staff. I am eternally grateful! Velma read more

I've been seeing Dr. Roesler for 10 years now. The only other doctor I've consistently seen for that long was my childhood pediatrician. Since my first review Dr. Roesler has relocated his practice from Tarzana to Calabasas and I was happily willing to drive the extra few miles. The new location has very convenient free parking and the office is beautiful. Much of Dr. Roesler's staff has also changed - his patient coordinator Lillie is amazing; I've literally never seen her without a smile and she's just a genuinely kind and organized person who makes everything from scheduling to in-office procedures painless (bad pun intended). It's obvious she cares as much about patients as Dr. Roesler does. The rest of his staff is great too. I just had a second turbinate reduction surgery with Dr. Roesler a couple weeks ago. I had one about 8 years ago and the results were dramatic but I wanted a bit more room to breathe, as my turbinates tend to get inflamed quite easily from allergies. I'm now breathing the best I have in my entire life and I'm still healing which means it'll get even better! Dr. Roesler also revised a significant indented scar on my chest (it looked like a bullet wound) which another doctor left from removing a small irregular mole. Dr. Roesler mostly does work from the neck up but was willing to do my scar revision; I specifically wanted him to do it because any sutures he's done for other procedures left only hairline scars that are practically invisible. He should teach a masterclass to other surgeons on how to minimize scarring. My good friend recently had cosmetic surgery with Dr. Roesler and is ecstatic with the results. I'm scheduled for the same procedure next week. I trust Dr. Roesler's eye and skill to the point that I don't even get nervous about going under the knife with him - he's very thorough in discussing your concerns up front and customizing a plan to achieve your aesthetic goals with realistic expectations so you can make informed decisions. This is a rare quality in cosmetic surgeons anywhere, but especially in LA. If I ever left CA I'd fly in just to see Dr. Roesler. I won't entrust my face or ENT issues to any other doctor. read more

It took me about four months to get in to see Dr.Roesler, but well worth it. He not only doesn't over charge you like most plastic surgeons, but takes as much time as needed to work with you. I love his bedside manner and I found his honesty about what you may need refreshing. I just received my treatments, so time will tell if it works. ButI agree with all the other happy patients. I think Dr.Roesler is worth the wait. read more

After my gorgeous friend revealed her plastic surgeon's name, I had a consultation with Dr. Roesler. A year later, I can tell you that if you are looking for a very highly skilled doctor and facial plastic surgeon who is also a kind, warm, caring person, Dr. Roesler is your best choice. Although I consulted with him on an unrelated matter, Dr. Roesler spotted skin cancer on my face which he took care of. So I was confident to have Dr. Roesler perform some facial plastic surgery for me. The result exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled with the results! He was also completely accessible during my healing when I had questions or concerns. Dr. Roesler is a brilliant surgeon and I can't recommend him enough. read more

I went to Doctor Roesler upon a recommendation from a friend. I wanted a mini neck lift. I had a lengthy consultation with him and he was knowledgeable, kind and patient, as I asked all of my questions and voiced my concerns. I booked an appointment to have the procedure. I got cold feet a week before hand and he met with me again and aliviated my fears. I had the best experience before, during and after the procedure. My double chin is gone, my neck muscles are lifted and tightened and I feel fantastic!!! Dr Roesler just gave me my first Botox with filler and it looks amazing! He applied it like I was artwork. So meticulous! Not too much or too little. He's got the gift of knowing how to make you look your best self!!! I highly, highly recommend this fine doctor!! read more

I have been seeing Dr Roseler For over 10 years. He's done several different cosmetic surgeries on me. He is incredible. My vision for myself and my face is just to look good And fresh and may be a little bit Younger. But not the look of having something done. Dr. Roesler Is the doctor that has that magic. I would not put my face in anybody else's hands. He's a great doctor and a really nice guy. I recommend him highly. Julie O read more

I just saw dr. Roesler for the first time for fillers and I'm beyond happy with my results. I was referred to him by a client of mine who looks great herself and he knocked it out of the park. He's super patient and explains everything he's gonna do and has a very good eye/skills. I have already booked my next appt. with him and am so happy I finally found someone I can see regularly. I've had a very tough time finding Someone that's skilled enough to do every part of the face. His prices are also reasonable and his staff is super friendly. read more

I did a consult with Dr Roesler for Ultherapy. He explained the benefits and potential side effects of the treatment. His prices were very reasonable for a plastic surgeon. His staff was extremely helpful as well. I have not done the treatment yet but hope to at some point soon when I my budget allows for it. read more

Incredible! There is not one negative thing I could say about the results Dr. Roesler delivered, or the care that my son received. My son had a broken nose, chronic sinus problems, horrible allergies and wanted some cosmetic changes. His results on every level exceeded what we hoped for - in particular the cosmetic portion. It is by far one of the best results I've ever seen... and I've worked in the cosmetic surgery field for over 30 years. Dr. Roesler's bedside manner is calming and reassuring and his staff is welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful. If you need any type of sinus surgery I would recommend Dr. Roesler without hesitation. read more

I got a rhinoplasty done about a month ago and I am more than pleased with the results! Where do I begin, Dr Roesler is AMAZING!!! I absolutely love his work. I've been a loyal patient to Dr Roesler for over 5 years and absolutely love him. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my face. He knows exactly what he is doing and I trust what he recommends. We often see these over done "HOLLYWOOD" faces that look botched. Dr. Roesler knows and recommends what you are looking for. I would not trust anyone else but a board certified doctor. I've referred family and friends to Dr Roesler and wouldn't change things for the world! Not to mention prices are reasonable. Thank you Dr Roesler for your amazing work. read more

Dr. Roesler is a pro. Ethical and performs outstanding work. Unfortunately, last year a doctor in another state ruined Dr. Roesler's beautiful work. I have to figure out how to get back to Los Angeles for Dr. Roesler to reverse the damage done to my face. I have high standards and don't give praise unless deserved. Dr. Roesler is the ONLY doctor in this category who never let me down, never lied to me, never made promises he couldn't keep, and 100% delivered everything he promised. If you live in Los Angeles, you're lucky to have him! read more

Dr. Roesler and his staff are beyond phenomenal! I got a nose job done with Roesler a year and a half ago and I am so so so pleased with his work. I knew I could trust him because he is an outstanding ENT so he was not just concerned with the cosmetic portion of the job. He made sure he would not compromise the structure of my nose. My family and I have sent so many people to Roesler and his incredible staff. I also want to mention Lillie. She is one in a million and has the biggest heart. She is such an asset to the office!! I've been a patient of Dr. Roesler for about 6 years. He is a very caring and gentle doctor. When my 9 year old grandson needed an ENT, I took him to Dr Roesler. He cauterized my grandson's nose almost painlessly. I definitely recommend him if your looking for an ENT. read more

I am giving the bad review because of his office staff. Dr. Roesler is great but his staff is the rudest I have ever seen. The first incident happened when I was making the appointment. Nothing terrible but they are very rude and curt. When I got there, the rudeness continued. It was very uncomfortable. Checking out was no different. The lady explaining the medications, etc. was grumpy and rude. Very unhappy people in that office... The last straw was when I called to get a report. You gotta speak quickly because they interrupt even after pointing it out. Then because they don't listen, they make mistakes. Good luck trying to explain that mistakes were made because you'll never get to finish a sentence and if you do it will somehow be your fault. Dr. Roesler, if you're reading this, YOU SHOULD FIRE YOUR ENTIRE STAFF. They are rude, unhappy, ruining your good ratings online and driving your business away. I thought you were great but I am definitely going elsewhere! read more

Dr. Roesler and his staff are exceptional! Not only is Dr. Roesler FINE, (fine, means he's good looking) but he's freakin AWESOME and passionate about what he does. He has such a calm disposition that make you feel like, everything is going to be alright . His patience and calmness made me feel like I'm in good hands and when I leave his office, that's when I KNOW I'm in good hands because I can BREATH BETTER! He removed a polyp in my nose, right there in his office. I even took photos of it, which was awesome. This man really nose his stuff. (Lol) Rebecca, Lily and the other ladies in his office are always kind and considerate. I appreciate them sooooo much. Thank you guys for providing such great service to me and my family. We travel all the way from Hollywood in cray traffic just to get to this office. We really appreciate you. read more

Dr. Roesler is hands down my favorite doctor. If I could go to him for all medical issues, I would. I've been seeing Dr. Roesler for ENT issues since 2006 and every encounter has been a delight. His bedside manner is the best, his professionalism and skill is top class and his approach, follow-up and consultation leaves no question that he's one of the finest physicians in Los Angeles. Furthermore, I've referred him to my mother even though she is with Kaiser as we trust him that much. He performed a snore reduction procedure for her and it's completely eliminated her snoring! Post-procedure was comfortable and easy. She is thrilled! I previously reviewed another ENT doctor from my first experience years ago and Dr. Roesler was the one who restored my confidence, improved poor results and gave me better treatment all around. In my case, I had an unfortunate first experience but after finding Dr. Roesler is when I realized there are really good doctors out there who care. He is thorough, gentle, kind, and conservative - and to top it off, an impressive background. He understands patient concerns and is extremely trustworthy. I feel fortunate that I found Dr. Roesler and will continue treating with him till I'm old and gray. His staff is wonderful, too. read more

Dr. Roesler took 25 years off my face! I was absolutely amazed at the most excellent & perfect job Dr. Roesler did on my face! He is truly a Master Artist! I am writing this review just a week after my surgery and I'm able to walk around in public without anyone really noticing I just had surgery - that is how fast the healing process is! i 'had' been a client of dr. roesler for many years and routinely went in to see him for a yearly, in office, balloon sinuplasty procedure. for whatever reason, my last procedure did not produce a positive result and i continued to be in constant discomfort. i proceeded to contact the office and explained my situation. as a long-time patient, i wholeheartedly expected a bit of empathy from him and an offer to return to his office so he could re-do the 20 minute procedure and 'make it right'. instead, i got a call from his staff telling me that my insurance wouldn't authorize another procedure until 90 days had elapsed OR i could foot the $1,000 cost myself! in essence, i could either suffer for 2 more months or pay him to correct what was essentially a poorly performed procedure - WHAT ARROGANCE! read more

I am not generally someone who leaves reviews but having seen an extremely negative and false one posted has prompted me to do so. I have been a patient of Dr. Roesler's for over a decade. He has always been professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at his job and has an excellent bedside manner. His offices are clean and spacious and his staff is lovely. I moved out of the area a few years ago but still come back to see him because he is the absolute best in his field. The only challenge is getting an appointment because he is so popular he gets booked early. Disregard the lengthy utterly false review above and make an appointment. I promise you will not regret it. read more

Dr for Ear nose throat, and surgeon, This doctor is awesome, i've been to him 2 x now once yrs ago and today, he gave me a very very thorough exam. I came in for what i thought was an ear infection. He took alot of time with me and answered all my ?'s which was alot. He checked my ear and found a big pc of what looked like dead skin, and some small ones to, he even used a vacuuming technique for the last one. Then having just seen a tv show, superhumans, which had a camera that goes up your nose to look down your throat. You see everything on screen, Being a singer i saw my vocal chords which was awesome. He then sprayed up my nose with medicine to help with my inflammation, instant relief. John R is the best doctor ive ever been to by far. read more

Dr Roesler, is a great person, I loved him and came back to him after a sinusitis surgery he did in 2008 because my sinusitis problem never got away and i did not hated him about it because many people never get cure even after surgery. This time the sinus, like before was not cured with antibiotics, he ease my pain and give me shots inside the nose, twice. In the 2 month process we hit a wall after he said he did not know what to do about my sinus because it seem i'm extra sensitive and get them very often, so the only option left to try was to treat my allergies which will take up to 3 years to see result on the allergy and therefore the sinusitis. I cancel my follow up appointment and went to get a second opinion. and for my surprise My original surgery was not completed, he clean my sinus and open the nasal passages, but he never corrected my deviated septum. And as far as I have a deviated septum my mucus will not come out normal and will obviously get infected etc. My review is bad because as a respected professional ENT specialist he should have known to fix my deviated septum and he did not. So I paid 5k for nothing and now i have to get Surgery again. Also the receptionist are very rude and always unwillingly to help or try to find a solution. I had to pay cash and then call insurance to get all info and provide them with the numbers to check eligibility I never got a refund from them. They should have this prepared in advance and call the patient ahead of time to resolve insurance issues. not just pretend they don't take insurance or you are not eligible And the receptionist who is been there a while is no even a little nice. She should be more welcoming to the patients. I thought she was racist because i'm hispanic so I just ignore her, but looking at other reviews seems she is like that with everybody If you are in the health business, you should care for the patient and show kindness not rudeness if you don't like your job change it. Is not fun to be sick and be attended with a rude attitude. Thank you read more

Colossal waste of time. Made me wait 45 minutes past my appointment time and then asked me to wait longer. Super unprofessional.

Recently had a fairly large lipoma removed on my back near shoulder blade by Dr Roesler. I've been contemplating this for a while (5 years) as I was told by several other doctors that I would be trading the unpleasant bump for a fairly large scar in a visible area. I am so glad I came to Dr. Roesler! He is so meticulous, kind, and thorough in his art. And I call it art because the ability to operate with precision and calm is truly an art. I am roughly a month post op and my scar is not only super thin but is already fading! From start to finish I am so pleased with the surgery, all follow ups and his staff. I am so glad I went to a plastic surgeon for this and not a general surgeon, as the scar speaks for it. I also want to mention how smart he was with administering proper dosage of medication prior and during procedure to ensure that I did not feel any pain during the nearly 2.5 hours it took. Truly an awesome surgeon and overall experience start to finish. read more
