I've had two large facial incisions over the last two years & with his top notch ability of stitches, absolutely no one and I mean no one, can see where any of my stitches were. It took me about four months to get in to see Dr.Roesler, but well worth it. He not only doesn't over charge you like most plastic surgeons, but takes as much time as needed to work with you. I've been seeing Dr. Roesler for 10 years now. The only other doctor I've consistently seen for that long was my childhood pediatrician. Since my first review Dr. Roesler has relocated his practice from Tarzana to Calabasas and I was happily willing to drive the extra few miles. The new location has very convenient free parking and the office is beautiful. Much of Dr. Roesler's staff has also changed - his patient coordinator Lillie is amazing; I've literally never seen her without a smile and she's just a genuinely kind and organized person who makes everything from scheduling to in-office procedures painless (bad pun intended). It's obvious she cares as much about patients as Dr. Roesler does. The rest of his staff is great too. I just had a second turbinate reduction surgery with Dr. Roesler a couple weeks ago. I had one about 8 years ago and the results were dramatic but I wanted a bit more room to breathe, as my turbinates tend to get inflamed quite easily from allergies. I'm now breathing the best I have in my entire life and I'm still healing which means it'll get even better! Dr. Roesler also revised a significant indented scar on my chest (it looked like a bullet wound) which another doctor left from removing a small irregular mole. Dr. Roesler mostly does work from the neck up but was willing to do my scar revision; I specifically wanted him to do it because any sutures he's done for other procedures left only hairline scars that are practically invisible. He should teach a masterclass to other surgeons on how to minimize scarring. My good friend recently had cosmetic surgery with Dr. Roesler and is ecstatic with the results. I'm scheduled for the same procedure next week. I trust Dr. Roesler's eye and skill to the point that I don't even get nervous about going under the knife with him - he's very thorough in discussing your concerns up front and customizing a plan to achieve your aesthetic goals with realistic expectations so you can make informed decisions. This is a rare quality in cosmetic surgeons anywhere, but especially in LA. If I ever left CA I'd fly in just to see Dr. Roesler. I won't entrust my face or ENT issues to any other doctor. read more

I am giving the bad review because of his office staff. Dr. Roesler is great but his staff is the rudest I have ever seen. The first incident happened when I was making the appointment. Nothing terrible but they are very rude and curt. When I got there, the rudeness continued. It was very uncomfortable. Checking out was no different. The lady explaining the medications, etc. was grumpy and rude. Very unhappy people in that office... The last straw was when I called to get a report. You gotta speak quickly because they interrupt even after pointing it out. Then because they don't listen, they make mistakes. Good luck trying to explain that mistakes were made because you'll never get to finish a sentence and if you do it will somehow be your fault. Dr. Roesler, if you're reading this, YOU SHOULD FIRE YOUR ENTIRE STAFF. They are rude, unhappy, ruining your good ratings online and driving your business away. Dr. Roesler is hands down my favorite doctor. If I could go to him for all medical issues, I would. I've been seeing Dr. Roesler for ENT issues since 2006 and every encounter has been a delight. His bedside manner is the best, his professionalism and skill is top class and his approach, follow-up and consultation leaves no question that he's one of the finest physicians in Los Angeles. Furthermore, I've referred him to my mother even though she is with Kaiser as we trust him that much. He performed a snore reduction procedure for her and it's completely eliminated her snoring! Its sad to read the bad reviews of this office. I discovered him through my insurance and never had any issues. I got in today calling first thing in the morning have sinus pain. I waited 5 mins and was in the room. The doctor came in right away to help me. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He always makes me feel at ease. i 'had' been a client of dr. roesler for many years and routinely went in to see him for a yearly, in office, balloon sinuplasty procedure. for whatever reason, my last procedure did not produce a positive result and i continued to be in constant discomfort. i proceeded to contact the office and explained my situation. as a long-time patient, i wholeheartedly expected a bit of empathy from him and an offer to return to his office so he could re-do the 20 minute procedure and 'make it right'. instead, i got a call from his staff telling me that my insurance wouldn't authorize another procedure until 90 days had elapsed OR i could foot the $1,000 cost myself! in essence, i could either suffer for 2 more months or pay him to correct what was essentially a poorly performed procedure - WHAT ARROGANCE! read more

Recently had a fairly large lipoma removed on my back near shoulder blade by Dr Roesler. I've been contemplating this for a while (5 years) as I was told by several other doctors that I would be trading the unpleasant bump for a fairly large scar in a visible area. I am so glad I came to Dr. Roesler! He is so meticulous, kind, and thorough in his art. And I call it art because the ability to operate with precision and calm is truly an art. I am roughly a month post op and my scar is not only super thin but is already fading! From start to finish I am so pleased with the surgery, all follow ups and his staff. I am so glad I went to a plastic surgeon for this and not a general surgeon, as the scar speaks for it. I also want to mention how smart he was with administering proper dosage of medication prior and during procedure to ensure that I did not feel any pain during the nearly 2.5 hours it took. Dr for Ear nose throat, and surgeon, This doctor is awesome, i've been to him 2 x now once yrs ago and today, he gave me a very very thorough exam. I came in for what i thought was an ear infection. He took alot of time with me and answered all my ?'s which was alot. He checked my ear and found a big pc of what looked like dead skin, and some small ones to, he even used a vacuuming technique for the last one. Then having just seen a tv show, superhumans, which had a camera that goes up your nose to look down your throat. You see everything on screen, Being a singer i saw my vocal chords which was awesome. Dr Roesler, is a great person, I loved him and came back to him after a sinusitis surgery he did in 2008 because my sinusitis problem never got away and i did not hated him about it because many people never get cure even after surgery. This time the sinus, like before was not cured with antibiotics, he ease my pain and give me shots inside the nose, twice. In the 2 month process we hit a wall after he said he did not know what to do about my sinus because it seem i'm extra sensitive and get them very often, so the only option left to try was to treat my allergies which will take up to 3 years to see result on the allergy and therefore the sinusitis. I cancel my follow up appointment and went to get a second opinion. and for my surprise My original surgery was not completed, he clean my sinus and open the nasal passages, but he never corrected my deviated septum. And as far as I have a deviated septum my mucus will not come out normal and will obviously get infected etc. My review is bad because as a respected professional ENT specialist he should have known to fix my deviated septum and he did not. So I paid 5k for nothing and now i have to get Surgery again. Also the receptionist are very rude and always unwillingly to help or try to find a solution. I had to pay cash and then call insurance to get all info and provide them with the numbers to check eligibility I never got a refund from them. They should have this prepared in advance and call the patient ahead of time to resolve insurance issues. not just pretend they don't take insurance or you are not eligible And the receptionist who is been there a while is no even a little nice. She should be more welcoming to the patients. I thought she was racist because i'm hispanic so I just ignore her, but looking at other reviews seems she is like that with everybody If you are in the health business, you should care for the patient and show kindness not rudeness if you don't like your job change it.
