I asked him what happened with insurance and he said they didn't cover anything. Called my insurance and they said he is not in my network! Called him again asking why they provided the wrong info. They sent me a paper which says we are in-network. I send that paper to my insurance and they called me and explained he just quoted the insurance never accepted them! And I already paid for visit that should be free! What a shame for one doctor! Trust a doctor? Sure! at least they should apologize- sorry for giving you the wrong info and you ended up paying for our mistake! When I talked to the doctor about this issue, he didn't care.
