The staff was making jokes and were about the most unprofessional crew I have ever had operate on me. After care nursing was good. The food inedible. The release from Frodert was quick after my doctor's partner showed up 3 hours late. She then released me with no pain meds. Had to call the hospital back with no help but finally got hold of an after hours number from my doctor. Also they are expanding, the parking situation is horrible. Your call on this place but you won't see me or my family back again. Once I do the final follow up with my doctor it's back to Northwestern. Never again Frodert...

He was always amazing. Kind, straightforward & understanding. My second visit in 6 weeks. Worse than the first. I scheduled a blood draw to check levels and renew a script for an existing condition. The PA I saw would not sanction a blood draw, questioned if I was actually diagnosed for what I wanted blood drawn for, then told me to schedule another appointment for the draw. Her computer crashed towards the end of the visit and she didn't have access to my records to view or understand my history. Completely disregarded a second concern I made the appointment for. At one point while I was with the PA, I felt so ignored and misunderstood, I considered walking out. After my appointment was over, I stopped at the reception area and confirmed they had a blood draw listed as my appointment reason. They said yes and couldn't understand why one wasn't done.

This doctor was very confident at our first meeting. He sold me on his "central hub" philosophy…read morewhere we would go over the information from other doctors together and then decide what would be the next course of action. It took about a week with only the one visit and one procedure ordered for him to refer me to two other doctors via a nurse call. He forgot to sign a prescription before leaving one day, didn't correctly sign off on the procedure he ordered and commonly waited until the last min of the day to have a nurse call back. The end of the day callbacks were the worst of it. If you were to call anyone or if a problem occurred he wasn't available to make aware of any problems. He might not be back for a number of days as well and there's nothing the staff will do to help. You want to leave a message; not unless he's there. You have something important to tell him; You can leave a message with a nurse on days he's there and a nurse will call you back to ask what's wrong. Then you can tell them and they will tell the doctor. After all that you can get a call back when the doctor is leaving or has left. Just hope he's not off for a week or tough luck for you I don't want to "bash" a defenseless doctor on yelp but I will say you could find someone better with very little effort. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Dr. Inveiss even delivered her! She really made my pregnancy and birth experience comfortable and painless. She really takes her time to answer your questions (without judgment) and helps make your office visits relaxing. You may have to wait awhile to see the doctor (I have had to wait a couple of hours a few times), but it's worth it because you know she is really tending to her patients' needs. She's a HUGE Packers fan so don't mention the Vikings! lol
