I initially expressed in my voicemail that I did not like the dental assistant working on my teeth, filling them, filing them, anything due to what happened the first time. Talking down to patients, sarcastic and treating us in a non-professional manner. Many people that come here are elderly, slower to understand, mobility challenged, in pain, ill and this rude witch is allowed to treat Hoehn patients with disrespect and a poor attitude. "We've had a lot of complaints about her..... Patients have been complaining!" It is clear that he goes out of his way for patients; even when he is a bit under the weather. He has absolutely blown my mind: 1) how consistent he is with his scheduling/timing to see each patient without having you wait hours, and 2) he is the fastest to ever submit refill requests, submit labs orders, and create referrals. The man makes everything look as transparent as possible, as he instantly produces accurate results. He will leave you with a smile because you know you came to the right doctor.
