I went here because I was having ear pain and pressure. The doctor spent about 10 seconds with me, told me I had an ear infection and prescribed a different antibiotic. I'd been on another antibiotic since this has been going on awhile. Didn't tell me when I should expect the pain to go away, literally spent less than one minute with me. Stay away. In fact I'd stay away from any powers immediate care. The one on Harvest you wait and wait and get about the same about of time spent with you. read more

Went for an ultrasound last week and the day before my appointment, I received a call asking me to schedule my appointment, I let them know my appointment is the next day & is already scheduled. This lady canceled my appointment & stated I was going somewhere else. I called off work & show up to a canceled appointment. I rescheduled my appointment & after waiting 20 minutes they tell me the machine is down. 1 hour on a call trying to reschedule, 2 days called off work to go to my appointments & nothing was done. Wasted 2 days off of work, gas & time.Do not recommend!!!! read more

The medical care is very good. They did additional testing and treated my problem accuracy and quickly. There was a Wait but once in with medical staff it was great care. I Have to commend The front desk staff that was registering A continue to flow of patients . Some are just to get a covid Test. Some there for minor illnesses. some are there for real urgent care needs. I think everyone needs to remember that if somebody walks in with chest pain shortness of breath. The baby was a croupy cough for a high fever. We're going to go in before you. I think it's amazing we can get medical care same day with out an appointment you just have to wait And it is worth the wait read more

Zero. That's the highest rating So here I sit. I hurt my back and wanted to get it checked out. Went to immediate care to check in. I have been here years ago and sat here for hours after being told it would be about 20 minutes. The first question I asked is what is the waiting time and was told 30 minutes. So, after 2 hours I spotted one of the workers who came up and said how can I help you. I asked how much longer it would be and quietly explained that I've been here for over 2 hours. I was told that she had no idea and I was welcome to leave now if I feel like it. Oh my. Doesn't sound very professional to me. What happened to the nice nurses? It's like they just don't care. There is nobody waiting in the waiting room. It's now 4:11pm and I got here at 1:19 pm. This place sucks and the employees are absolutely not friendly. I will die before I return here. I went to this Immediate Care center about two months ago for an infection that I believed was caused by a spider bite. The doctor who was on staff at the time (7:30am) was very nice, but looked it it, gave me a (imo, weak) Rx for it and said I'll see you in a couple weeks. I finished the Rx, went to see him, having slight improvement with the infection. He requested blood work and an ultrasound and after reviewing those, would NOT commit to any kind of diagnosis. He just referred me to a surgeon (whom he felt would be better equipped to treat me) saying he was uncomfortable treating it how I wanted it treated. Now, a friend with the same symptoms, went to the same location, got a different doctor and was told the doctor's "BEST GUESS" was cat scratch disease. From two-day old scratches for an infection that had been there a week. WHAT? The staff is friendly and courteous, but that does NOT nearly make up for the treatment/diagnosis of patients. After two (well, three) visits there between my friend and myself, I will NEVER go there again. Community immediate care center Bad treatment by the Doctor in the Community Immediate Care Center at St. John. My kid was diagnosed as flu. Dr. gave a very expensive prescriptive medicine with very bad side effect. My kid did not eat it and recovered. I suspect it was a real flu. I will never want to take my kids back to visit there again if they are sick. read more

THIS REVIEW IS FOR DR. APRIL L. BISAGA, DO I went to the Immediate Care at this St. John facility and unfortunately was seen by Dr. April Bisaga. Dr. Bisaga is the worst doctor I have ever experienced. Her demeanor was miserable and defensive. She has not one empathetic bone in her body and she clearly hates her job. The worst thing about her. She is fraudulent in her billing practices. She came into the exam room, looked into both of my ears, told me I had two outer ear infections, told me she would prescribe me an antibiotic and drops. I asked her to please prescribe the cheapest forms of medicine because I had no health insurance and was paying out of pocket. She said "What I'm prescribing should be fine". (At the pharmacy they wanted 268.00 for the drops and 140.00 for the antibiotic) Clearly, she hasn't a clue about meds and their level of cost. Frankly, I don't think she even cared. After this, she asked me only 1 question and proceeded to leave the room. It had been a whole 3 minutes that she spent with me. I had to verbally stop her before leaving the room to ask her how to deal with the immense pain I was experiencing. She said, "Take something over the counter, we don't prescribe pain medication here." What? No recommendation? No advice about ice or heat? Then I asked how long will it be before the pain gets better? Her response, still trying to walk out the door, "24-48 hours". I asked, "Any side effects I should be aware of or concerns if I get worse?" At this point both sides of my face were swollen and I felt that my head was going to explode from the immense pain. Her response, "If it gets worse, come back". REALLY??? SERIOUSLY??? When leaving the exam room, I saw her typing away in my file all the codes she was probably charging me for. So I asked to speak with the head of the department or the Doctor Manager. After being told to be seated in the waiting area, I waited for almost 15 min to then be called back into an exam room to speak with a nurse manager, whom we all know has no say so over the doctors. The nurse had apparently already talked to the doctor and began defending her without hearing what I had to say. I demanded to know how much I was being charged for this visit because I was paying out of pocket. The nurse manager proceeded to list off numerous services and educational coaching that the doctor had apparently claimed to have provided. In addition, she could give me no information about my charges other than to say "Well, it will be higher than what they quoted you at the front desk because you are a first time patient." I asked for a phone call by end of day with charges and an explanation for them. She assured me she would call as well as the managing Doctor regarding my complaint of Ms. Bisaga. (I refuse to call her Dr.) Of course, I never received a phone call. As I was leaving the room I confronted this doctor about lying to the nurse manager about all the services and educational coaching she claimed to have provided to me. She couldn't look me in the eye of course, and lied again in front of all her peers. It was a joke. She is a horrible dishonest doctor and I have lost all confidence in Community Care. They obviously condone fraudulent practices and employ incompetent Doctors. read more

Have always used them for imidieate care, but last 5+ times I went have been infuriating and a waste of time. Usually end up waiting 3+ hours. The drs. Look at me like I'm crazy. Went in with stomach pains and severe nausea they told me maybe I ate something bad, they didnt even do a pregnancy test. Later found out I was pregnant and in the early stages of a miscarriage. The last time I went though was my final straw went in with abdominal and chest pain had my EKG, CT scan, and blood work all done within a half hour. Then when the results came in they called me back they had me sitting in an exam room for 2 hours before finally telling me everything came back normal. Horrible expirences. Never again! read more
