Best family physician I've ever had. He as well as his staff are very efficient, professional,…read morecaring, friendly, and do their job very well. Dr. Jones has so far always come up with the right solution for me every time I had a problem. He's also a friendly caring guy with a sense of humor when appropriate. I hope he can keep practicing medicine for as long as possible.

I had the wonderful pleasure of being able to become one of this fine physician's patients. I have…read morehad the opportunity to not only visit the facility but to interact with all of his staff. My first day to see Dr. Jones was on Thursday, his staff got me in when I asked. He had openings well before the day I requested and they went through each thoroughly on the phone with me ever before meeting me. They never rushed me off of the phone and never was I told I would see someone else instead of the good doc himself. Upon arrival I pulled into the parking lot, which was a little hard to find if you aren't from this area. Sad thing is you all well know I'm a transplant, but I've been here for about 7 years. (Shame shame) the second time was a breeze. Which was today and I'll talk about that later. I walked into the facility expecting the absolute longest wait time in the world because there was a few people in the front. To my surprise, things flowed as smooth as butter on a fat juicy steak seared to perfection! Mmm mmm. Everyone was all smiles and they weren't fake in the slightest! These were genuine. Soothing and refreshing as southern sweet tea! I'm liking this doctor even before I met him. From the receptionist, to the secretary, the M.A.s, the nurses, medical student/resident, then oh my goodness!!! The doctor. As fine as a gently aged wine. Perfection at its best. Served up strait. This guy! I admire already. I fell to a million pieces with the first handshake. Baffled! You all don't understand the absolute importance of not only having a great doctor, but to have his whole staff to be knowledgeable and kind at the same time. This is truly a unicorn in the medical profession. It shouldn't be, but it is. And to actually see one in person and to be a patient here it's made me feel 10 times better by just being abled to know, I'm SAFE. The good doc has no idea. But I plan to have my family to transfer to his and his staffs care. I hope they are as happy to receive us as I was to receive them. A small overview of services. I went in first time visit and was seen within 10 minutes of walking through the door. Let me explain "seen". I was walked back by the M.A. Weight, vitals, previous surgeries, medications. The doctor and medical student/resident (please forgive me if this title is wrong) I felt dreadful that day which is why I didn't write it then. If I had it would have been 5 stars and the explanation would have just been a smiley face. Anyway they came in introducing the doctor and she stayed. She was very kind and professional and very thorough. We chatted it up and then came the doc. By the time he got to me I was feeling really horrible. But he and his staff assured me and made the most of the time I was in there. For a first time visit, it was a lengthy one, but if you are ever rushed through a first time visit with a doctor, please be very weary or their practices. Most of us who care about practicing in years to come DONT rush. He told me I would need to have labs drawn and I could come back next week or even on SATURDAY, yes I said the forbidden word, SATURDAY. They do labs in the clinic. And the nurse was soooooo kind. I really liked her. And I didn't even feel the "pinch". :) Now you may understand why I compared his facility and services to a fine steak dinner. Have you had a steak dinner that was presented very beautifully and it turned out to taste like nothing and it was tough and chewy. And the wine was bitter and wasn't even good enough to stain a white carpet. Well I have. And that's the same thing you get with a lot of CORPORATE doctors. I didn't say all! But I've found a hidden gem right here in town and I'm proud to say I'm his patient! So... score as follows: Customer service/ Bedside manner: excellent 5 Quality: excellent 5 Cleanliness: excellent 5 Professionalism: excellent 5 Location: excellent 5 Parking: plenty 5 30 out of 30= 5stars

Comedian + photographer + GP Dr. = Dr. Nitin Sardesai…read more When you walk in to his office, you can't help but notice the amazing photos on the wall of Doc Sardesai's travels around the world (from India to fishing trips in Minnesota). He'll come into the room with a loud greeting and an attitude that makes you feel better already plus a guaranteed laugh. Recommended to me by a nurse family member, he's a very special Dr. that has quite a following. Since Dr. Legaspi is on board, I do believe they accept new patients :)

This office has not been upgraded for years and is past due. Dried scum dripping down the walls…read morebehind the trash cans in exam rooms, I don't think so. Wait sometimes up to 1 1/2 to 2 hours to be called back for an appointment time, than spend 20 - 30 minutes in room for DR to come in and spend 3 -4 minutes with you, and DO NOT COME WITH MORE THAN 1 ISSUE, they do not multitask at this practice! Call with an issue of immediate need and they try to give you an appointment 6 weeks out. They need to understand urgent items and fit them in. This picture is right after they had redone the office many years back, not like this anymore. Seats full of stains, lord knows what you are setting on. The Carpet is stained and starting to get thread bare, PAST DUE on replacement. Look at the items in the exam rooms, exam tables that are past due on repairs/replacement, dirty floors, dirty walls, chairs the entire office is run down and past due for a major upgrade. All I can say is, "R U N FOREST,...R U N!!
