From start to finish, Brenda, Brandon and Casey were wonderful to work with. They were kind, considerate, communicative, efficient and effective. I first engaged them in September 2025, and they came right out to give a bid. In contrast to other bids I received, Best Ways doesn't have a 'one-size-fits all" approach. The lead mason, Brandon, helped me understand my options and took the time to adjust the work and the bid to suit my preferences. The end price was quite reasonable, especially given the quality of their work. They didn't schedule my job for five months simply because they run just a few crews at a time. Quality over quantity. They could have shoehorned in my small job in between larger ones, and potentially done a low-quality job. Instead, they scheduled my job far out, but then showed up, on time. When they did get to my job, they did it efficiently and quickly. The job site was left neat at the end of each day. There were thoughtful touches, too, like neatly stacking old bricks. I cannot recommend Best Way Masonry & Repairs highly enough! This is a really solid company.

The longer version: The whole Evergreen team (special shout-outs to Brian, Edwin, and Tami) was exceptionally great with communication, gave us a very reasonable price, and left the house looking like a million bucks. For context: I have a real pain-in-the-rear house (3 stories, high-pitch and complex roof, horribly steep driveway, limited back yard access), and Evergreen was not fazed in the least. They knew exactly how to tackle the job, and were extremely patient with my endless questions (seriously, give these folks a medal).
