John is very kind and knows how to explain things the general population. In the beginning of session, I was really tensed and you could see it in my face. John helped me relax by encouraging my inner confidence and letting my judgments go! I liked how he showed me the photos in between shots and explained what worked and what didn't (posing wise). Another bonus was his customer service. I met John and his team at a local business fair and received my first headshot then. I was NOT happy. The crop was odd and the editing was dark - BUT, I explained my concerns to John and he offered me another chance to take them because he wants his customers to be satisfied.
