I didn't have a doctor for a few years before being referred to Dr Miller's practice. Since becoming a patient, I've had the best experience! They've referred me to good specialists outside their practice, they've been very flexible with communication style (in person, calls, texts) and give me great advice on how to be healthy and see them less! I also have to say that Gail Nueman has been my point of contact for the last several years and has been incredible! They should call this office "can you please hold?".. every single call that comes in gets put on hold. For no reason. They aren't even on the phone. I have not had much experience with Dr. Miller himself. I use Gail Neumann, N.P. in his office. Wow! She is both brilliant and caring. She spends forever with me in a visit and I get calls back from her, even text messages when the office is closed. She is quite thorough, so don't expect to rush through. She connects with other doctors in the area to get my test results, labs, etc. so she has the whole picture. So if you want a good doctor, call for Gail! read more

I've been going there for quite a few years now and I wouldn't trade it for any other doctor. The entire staff is really friendly and I especially like the care Gail gives me. She is extremely thorough and makes sure all your questions are answered. She never rushes and gives great advice on keeping up your health. She is also very responsive and always willing to answer your questions. Gail has finally given me the correct combination of medications to control my headaches. After years of suffering from horrible headaches on a daily basis Gail prescribed me medicine that has controlled my headaches. I can now say most days I don't have headaches anymore. Dr. Miller has been my primary care physician since about 1990. I have stayed with him through all the changes in health care insurance. He is a true gentleman. His PA, Meredith is great, too. Wait times are within reason given the pace that HMO organizations put them through. His approach is minimalist and appropriate treatment that gets the job done. read more

Dr. Miller's staff place me on hold every single time for extended periods of time. The wait to see Dr. Miller is very long! The office is professional, but not very friendly. Dr. Miller is actually wonderful. I really like him. He is thorough and sweet. My only complaints are with the two women in the front. read more
