I am self conscious about shopping for shoes because I'm a size 11 wide and a lot of the time stores don't carry shoes that big. This store not only had a huge amount of black booties (what I was shopping for) but the staff brought everything to me. I felt like a queen, I didn't even have to stand up once except to test the shoes out. I ended up buying two pairs and the one pair that was a little snug in the toe they offered to widen for free. They were super busy but were still very attentive. I think people are posting nasty reviews because the shoes aren't cheap. I spent about $300 on the two shoes on sale, but thats expected with quality leather. Worth every penny and I think I found my new shoe dealer.

While it looks amazing with the shoes set up more like art than those boring old shoe racks you're used to, Head Over Heels has a range of prices and offers. From affordable, sustainable, fabulous TOMS, to handmade Spanish and German brands you've never heard of, and some staples from Birkenstock that you'll never grow tired of. They have a ton of great local and Canadian-made jewelry, and hand bags and are excited to be open, so the service is really great. They are looking to start supporting some local women's groups with shoe donations too, so you'll really be embracing a new business in the Victoria shopping community that's out to do some good. So nice to see a TOMS (I'm a superfan) selection beyond the classics. They have some awesome wedges that will soon be mine. The handmade Spanish numbers have my name on them too. That aside, this location has the same great selection at the same reasonable prices, but the cleanliness of the store and the service I received today earned them acknowledgment and my cute silver pair of holiday worthy pumps will surely be the belles of the ball.
