I called Jesus with We Care and he was easy to work with our schedule and come out to assess the situation. He climbed through our attic and went atop our roof to get a great look at what the problem would be. His assessment of the situation was FREE and he gave great advice on how to fix this easy problem. He took video and pictures of everything in the attic and on the roof so I could see exactly what he was seeing. That was most helpful. He does not goof around,…read moretrying to run up the clock for extra money, and was very honest in his pricing and assessment of what things would and should cost. All of which is to be expected in a handyman. But here's where he earned five stars and then some. We had a plumber over at the same time to replace a toilet. Would have cost us upwards of $500 all in, and we were only replacing it on the plumber's recommendation. Fortunately Russ was there, and while he was a professional and didn't step on the other guys toes, I noticed he seemed like he wanted to say something. So after talking to him, I learned that a toilet replacement is not at all difficult, and nor is a rebuild, and he would be happy to do either for just his hourly rate. So we replaced the toilet for less than half the price the plumber wanted. Honest, hard-working, and dependable, and above all with our interests in mind.
