(we were in a place we really didn't know very well, and hadn't moved in 33 years, coming from a suburban tract house in santa clarita - a completely different animal.) after that she worked even harder to find us something she knew we'd like. daily interactions with her were a joy. she's upbeat, positive, cheerful, and on top of it. she made us her focus. she knows her neighborhood inside out, and was deferential but honest when we turned our noses up at some houses we ourselves had suggested. she is exactly what we wanted in a realtor - willing to tell us the truth and to spare us the sales job. she was tenacious about digging into old building codes with the city and brought us printed maps from there to help us decide about improvements we wanted to make. she was in constant contact right until the final signature. but none of those individual actions mattered so much to us as the way Allison did things. we always felt we were looking at houses with a good friend in a good mood - a smart one, who was watching out for our best interests. 6 weeks later, we are completely happy with our house and hope we see her again soon in our wonderful new neighborhood. highly recommend.
