Kiran lied that my landlord wanted to sell the home and gave me a 2-month notice to move out. However, 10 days after moving out, she posted an ad on Zillow to rent the place out. Rent with this agency at your own risk. They are only after the commission and don't care about tenants. When I complained about a leaking roof, Kiran gaslighted me saying that I was making a "bigger deal than it really is." After 4 months of following up on a leaking roof, the agency finally coordinated with HOA to repair.
