That being said, I had a great experience with Summit Dental Group. Everyone did a great job with the new COVID-19 regulations and I felt very safe and clean. The dental hygienist was very personal and lowered my dentist anxiety. My dentist was Dr. Jeff Batesole. He was extremely thorough with his examination and screened for any other health concerns. He took pictures of a couple of teeth that could be a problem later and explained his clinical expertise. I was very impressed with his knowledge and diligence throughout my experience. Doctor tried to pull tooth before it was completely numb and when told it was hurting , doctor said it's just a little pressure and proceeded to attempt pulling it anyway causing severe pain. When the numbing injection was given , she stabbed the bone. Daughter was unable to have extractions due to the severe pain , she came out to the car crying due to excruciating pain (she has a high tolerance for pain). Stated she had never been treated so badly at a dental office. I called the office for her to explain she is in pain and needed something, all they said was take ibuprofen. I was not even able to speak to the doctor. I expressed her concerns and not even an apology was offered by staff member, she will not be going back!
