Said she'd call me on that following Wednesday, when the Dr. was back in. When I didn't hear from her by mid afternoon, I called and she asked me to remind her what she was supposed to call me on. She clearly wasn't going to follow up with me. They were supposed to fax over records to the Retina specialist they referred me to and never did. I would call to see where if my new glasses were in and they said a couple more days. about an hour later I got a text stating they were in. This happened 2X. Terrible terrible.

I came in, they had me sit to get 're-fitted'. A little touch up here and there, and they were perfect! Yea!! The kicker?? They repaired them *perfectly* for No Charge! I previously had an eye care doctor since 2014 when post age 50 I had my first eye exam and consequently my first ever set of contacts and glasses. Well well well..... As in all things - nothing is created equal. Dr Horner proved that my first (emergency) appointment this past summer; where it was blatantly obvious to me a newbie to eye care needs; that she left my previous eye doctor at the starting gate at med-school. Dr Horner was through, accurate, concerned, compassionate and aggressive at correcting immediate eye care needs as well as quickly detailing an action plan for weeks to months forward. I've had so many memories of some of the staff helping me pick out frames and providing an outside opinion! I recently had an exam with Dr. Laschen, and she was fantastic. I'm not someone who likes to talk a lot during any type of appointment, and it seemed like she was quick to pick up on that. I was in and out in a breeze. When I picked up my glasses today, the staff were super understanding of how specific I like my glasses to fit and were able to nearly replicate the shape of my old glasses.
