The doctor walked in and instantly threw his arms up because he was crying. There is also no reason to raise your voice to my son because he is scared. I can't believe any parent would willingly return to this office. Maybe the doctor should try a smile or saying hi. It was very clear this doctor doesn't need or want any new business. I don't think it will be a problem.

Dr. Hall is a wonderful optometrist and extremely knowledgeable. I haven't needed to wear glasses…read moreuntil I was over 40 and he made me feel comfortable with the whole process. My husband has had poor vision his whole life and claims that Dr. Hall actually improved his vision with the newest prescription he gave him. I also enjoyed chatting with him and gaining knowledge from his wisdom on a number of subjects! I appreciated him actually adjusting and fitting the glasses to my face which made me tend to wear them more as wearing glasses is still not second nature to me.
