Then I read about the Atlas Chiro method and Dr. Alex and it was a game changer! Had several issues with my neck, shoulders, leg and saw him for about six months. Over time my issues started to dissolve with regular Atlas and other Chiro adjustments. He always explained to me reasons why the issues were happening, gave me exercises to help improve my posture and muscle strength at home and suggested videos that would also help. Apple made no effort to find alternative care as required by law. We very likely had a good case for suing for patient abandonment, but chose not to pursue it since all our time and efforts were going into trying to improve my very sick husband's health. Alas, Apple doesn't have the same interest in its patients' safety and well-being. A very dangerous company to do business with, in our view.

I was referred by my Dr to Care Choice over 2 &1/2 years ago for IV care & supplies. The first…read morenurse they sent was very anxious & not familiar with Picc lines besides not washing his hands. After I complained I did get a very good nurse. My big issue is I haven't had any contact with them since Dec 2012. No calls nothing as it is 2015 & I'm still receiving IV medication. I assumed I was done with these people. When I tried to get PT in 2014 , from the same Dr who referred me to Care Choice, they came back & said I was still covered by Care Choice nursing plan. The best is when I gave Care Choice's information to the other plan, Glenview Hospital Home Nursing, they said they couldn't find any information & the phone number I was given when they came to my home didn't work. They seem very sketchy, have several company names & my Dr will not refer anyone else to this company.
