Dr Kabans clinic got me an appt so fast and made sure to confirm that I was not in pain. I have major medical anxiety and PTSD due to some pretty terrible care. I appreciated the little touches like the rescue kitten cam videos, the emotional support cuddle bear, the full body bib, the warm washcloth for after and much more. Jessica was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She looked up my insurance stuff and got everything together really fast. I was shocked how quick she got it all done! AJ is a great assistant and even thought I was explaining to him that I am a hot mess and super freaky about medical providers he assured me that he didn't think I was weird and he would take good care of me. Still never having one done before I was building up anxiety in my mind about how painful this would be. I went in yesterday 11/10/22 and was greeted warmly by the front desk. When I was called to the back I believe her name was Trisha she asked me how I was and I told her I was terrified. She was concerned and began asking why I was scared and told me everything would be okay. She was so calming and friendly. She walked me through everything that was going to happen and told me if at any time I felt uneasy or uncomfortable to let her know and they would stop to take time for me to relax and fell comfortable again to continue. I was able to listening to my music while everything was done which helped me stay focused on breathing and distracted me. Dr. Min made sure I was numb before giving me shots the only thing I felt was a tad bit of pressure when getting the injections. Once the procedure began it was PAINLESS! We finished and I wanted to cry from relief. The experience was a MILLION times better than I ever anticipated. I went in feeling terrified, anxious, and overwhelmed and left feeling like I could do a root canal anytime! Staff is super friendly from receptionists to dental assistant to dentist they were all very friendly and welcoming. X-rays were fast and painless. X-rays were viewed on a laptop by the dentist in detail. Dentist seemed to be very honest and knowledgeable. Previous dentists have reported I had cavities that needed to be filled but this dentist did not see any cause of concern. I haven't had any work done here yet but I will schedule a cleaning with this office and see how that goes.

This review I thought I'd focus on Dr Bosler's hygienist, Molly. Molly is extremely knowledgeable. I'm a nurse myself and am so impressed with her care of the whole person. She is so thorough she has been able to assess a few dental problems and address them early saving me from a much worse problem and expense down the line. A few years ago Molly noticed a "shadow" on my inner cheek that warranted a visit to my primary care doc. As it turned out there was no cancer and I did not require further work up. I've been blessed to be able afford dental checkups my entire life. However, having a team of professionals who have helped me avoid serious dental issues and expenses really has helped! The biggest issue is appointment scheduling and wait times. For decades, I rarely waited more than a few minutes for an appointment. Now, it seems routine to wait 30 minutes, typically longer. Today was the final straw. My 6 year old daughter had a cleaning scheduled for 9:30 AM, and I had a cleaning scheduled for 10:00 AM. After waiting about 10 minutes, I let Mia know that I had an 11:30 meeting and needed to stay on schedule. She assured me we would be out on time. By 9:55 AM, neither my daughter nor I had been called back. While sitting in the waiting room, I received a text notification stating that my daughter's appointment had been moved to 10:30 AM. At that point, we had already been waiting for over 30 minutes. When I questioned the delay, the new front office manager argued with me and insisted my daughter's appointment had always been scheduled for 10:00 AM, not 9:30 AM. I had text message confirmation showing the original 9:30 appointment time. Rather than acknowledging the scheduling change, she dismissed my concerns and made it seem as though I was mistaken. The interaction felt dishonest, unprofessional, and incredibly frustrating. After 27 years as patients, my husband, my children, my mother, and I have decided to take our business elsewhere. It's disappointing because most of the clinical staff remains excellent, but poor management and a lack of accountability have completely changed the experience.
