They are very prompt with time, the office is incredibly clean, and everyone is just so friendly. You can tell that he genuinely loves what he does and he cares about treating each patient. I went for an appointment in April 2012 and it was the most uncomfortable and demeaning experience I have ever had with a dental professional and their practice. It started with the receptionists. One would not even acknowledge my presence and the other one treated me like I was subhuman. I arrived on time and when it was time for the dental assistant to call me to see the doctor, she made no effort to try and pronounce my name (my name is exactly 3 syllabus and any one who is literate can easily say it). When I saw the dentist, our appointment actually started in the hallway where my dental x-rays were exposed on an LCD screen to strangers. When we finally moved to an examining room the door was left open, for all to hear and to see. Additionally, the doctor was prejudiced and had a different interpretation of my questions. Overall the service given to me was very unprofessional and discourteous. I could not help but to believe that the poor service and mistreatment I encountered was due to my different racial background. I regretted ever stepping foot into the dental office of Dr.Douglas E.Collins and Dr.Harold J. Haney.

This review is for Dr. Ben Williams' practice…read more I had my teeth cared for by Dr. Williams and his staff for 30+ years. He was an exceptionally good dentist with a terrific manner and was always friendly. His staff of hygienists were excellent and remained your hygienist for years, even decades. His front office staff was exceptional, always dressed professionally and always presented themselves attractively. Like everyone else they were eternally upbeat, pleasant and helpful. Everyone knew you by sight. Plus, Dr. Williams had an epically wonderful waiting room. The leather chairs and couches remain the most comfortable on which I've ever sat. In the center was a circular table with all types of interesting reading material. It was better than home. I was sorry to see Dr. Williams retire but he certainly earned it. Hope he's doing well. I'll write a review on the new practice shortly.

Coming into the appointment I was extremely distraught by the damage on my two front teeth (both were extremely chipped.) Not only did Dr. Marks fix my teeth on the spot, but they look better than they did before the accident. His staff are patient, kind, and personable. The women in the office made me feel comfortable and ensured me everything would be okay. Everyone made it super easy to understand what was being done to my teeth and how I could go about caring for them in the future. I can't emphasize enough how wonderful my experience was with this office- especially because of how awful my circumstances were going in there.
