Since then, two months have passed without a word; the supplement plan has yet to be provided, a prescription has not been refilled even though my child is out of the medicine and it is a medicine that can not be stopped abruptly without negative side effects, and no one answers the phone at the office or returns calls! When my child first became a patient, the staff answered the phone, but the person representing the office was rude, condescending, and dismissive regarding my child's questions and concerns. For months now, however, there has been no way to reach the office. Note: Right after I posted a negative review on google, interestingly, my phone call to the office was answered (This was my eighth call this week). After she said she would "make a note" about the months-long missing supplement plan and the needed prescription refill, the office rep then threatened me with fraud charges if I did not take down my negative review immediately. She always had some form of attitude when bringing up my husband, as if he wasn't being helpful or supportive- I can't help but think she just has a chip on her shoulder from being divorced. It was beyond off-putting to feel like I needed to defend my husband. She takes zero time to listen and truly understand what you're going through or how your lifestyle is, so I just completely stopped trying and searched for someone else. I called to cancel, they said there was a $25 cancellation fee. Ok, not! But not worth arguing about. Then 1 hour before the cancelled appointment, I am told it is $100 cancelation fee. How do I go home (60 minutes), get my daughter and drive back to Monterey(90 minutes)? I obviously will have to pay the $100, but go back, I will not!!! There are plenty of other doctors, try somewhere else! Not to mention, they are alway late, 100% of the time. One time, I was blessed with 30 minutes, but usually it is a hour or more.
