After a few days of troubled breathing and even sitting was uncomfortable, I called 8 Dimensions to schedule an adjustment. Dr. Russ was able to fit me in later that day. I arrived a bit early and was greeted with a warm smile by the front desk staff, and offered hot tea while I filled out the health questionnaire. After meeting with Dr Russ he did a back scan through his computer which showed which areas of my back was out of alignment. Sadly, my back was pretty bad. Dr Russ did his adjustment and immediately I felt better. I returned two days later and he once again did his adjustments and the pain was gone. Once she starts to place the needles, she is constantly making sure I'm not feeling any needles (yes that's right, once they are in you can't feel them) and taking the time and care to place them expertly.
