Jennifer at the front desk was warm, patient and was able to get us in the office the SAME WEEK on the WEEKEND! The office was very easy to find, prime location (near Shop Rite). Office was clean, Kiering coffee while you wait and my daughter was taken back as soon as we arrived, no wait! ...so much for my coffee :) . Dr. Brown and his assistant were amazing and very comforting to my VERY anxious teenager. The procedure went smoothly and she was in little to no pain after having 3 wisdom teeth extracted. They are both wonderful at what they do and their care for their patients is phenomenal. Ed is very concerned about the well being and future of my teeth and gums and I really appreciate all the guidance he has given me. Dr. Brown is a very likable and funny guy and he's very personable. He always does a great job on our teeth and makes you feel comfortable. They both always ask if everything is okay and do you need anything. I actually don't mind going to them at all. Another great thing is that they're open on Sundays. Ed used to work at this practice and now he works in Pennsylvania full time but he still comes on Fridays to Amwell to keep up with his patients there. That is a dedicated and caring professional. Horrible practice, my sons had braces done here. They charge for everything, spent an additional…read more$500 on broken brackets. When I brought this up they have a homemade sheet stating that they use the strongest adhesive allowed, red flag number one. I had to return so many times because the assistant who did the adjustments left jagged wires. I have spoken with several other practices that do not charge for broken brackets. Now let's move on to the professionalism, the Dr accused my son of eating food that caused the broken brackets, don't dare speak to a teenager that way, if you have an issue speak to the parent. In summary this is a money grab practice that doesn't really care about its patients. I would have stopped going here a year ago if we didn't prepay for the braces/retainers. When I asked to be refunded for the retainers so I could go to another practice they refused.
