I did everything he asked to be ready, went to every doctor with whom he shared the bounty of my insurance payments and co-pays. His lackeys told me all month, and the months prior that all was good...even days before the procedure was to take place. I literally jumped through every hoop. But in the end I should have known...I should have worn my Charlie Brown zigzag shirt and football helmet. Because this (@#$%&) pulled that football away just 21 hours before. And like the Wizard of Oz himself, he told me to comeback when I lose 50 pounds (and probably would not need surgery); and this after I already lost the 25 pounds that he and his flying monkeys told me to lose to qualify.
