From moment you walk in you are told by the receptionist to have a seat, and that she will be right with you. As a new patient myself I did not have to walk up to the front desk for paper work, or to give them my insurance card. I was handed everything at my seat and handed it all back from my seat. I don't know why she wanted me seated when I could have perfectly been fine with getting up,but she insisted to hand thing to me seated. That's what I like to call hospitality. After you are called in, you're greeted by the Dr. Joe's warm smile and firm hand shack. While he's explaining, answing, and asking you questions to better understand your needs. The staff at this facility has treated me, with the professionalism I expected after researching and reading they reviews. They took the time to in explainning my condition in detail. Also, they secretary Ms. Paula is a very caring and always on point in getting the answers to my questions. And I really had allot of them. She keep things running smooth. Another thing I like about them, is that they give me an appointment and never keep me waiting more than 7 minutes before they see me. Which is almost un-heard of in this day of time. I first came to Dr. Lezamiz office in July of 2017 because of a crazy move I made and messed up my back, which left me hardly walking and in pain. The minute I walked in I was welcomed by his secretary with a friendly smile. She is very professional and kind. As for Dr. Lezamiz he is warm, friendly, kind and knowledgeable in his profession. An amazing Chiropractor. I couldn't stand up without excruciating pain. It didn't go away for an entire week. I was recommended dr L by neighbors of mine. I went in, he diagnosed me in 5 minutes with a sprained sacral iliac joint. I layed on chair. He worked his magic. Next day no pain.
