Barber didn't follow instructions at all, just popped on a clipper guard and went straight up my head with it. Completely misjudged where my hair naturally parts. Did not use scissors. Didn't trim my bangs or take any weight off the top. Just royally messed up my hair and charged me for the more expensive cut. I emailed the owner and sent pictures. He said sorry about my experience and told me to come back (I live 45 minutes away) so that another barber can "fix" it. He was pleasant, but he didn't acknowledge any wrongdoing. No refund offered. I asked what he might suggest for fixing it, because my hair is beyond the point of being tapered, and he simply said explain the style you want or come in with a reference photo. Did i not explain what i wanted the first time I can in? He made it sound like it was my fault I didn't like my cut. Would never in a million years recommend this place. Richie was my barber.

He kept claiming that we made a reservation as "first available" therefore they could switch. I am pretty confident that we specifically picked him for haircut but he kept claiming that was not what he saw in his system. Do not come to this place. It used to be really good but all good stylists, barbers left. The ratings you may see were inherited from the past. Right now the place is poorly maintained and service level is low. Better pay extra $10 and have a good service and nice hair cut. If you are on a budget GreatClips probably would do better job.
