Great place for getting fresh clean cuts, staff is very friendly and excellent with kids. Savannah is the stylist we use and she does a fantastic job every time. Highly recommend read more

Manager was extremely rude wouldn't tell me her name an older white lady. There employee Dayton did a great job and was super professional the whole time but the Manager was no smile no pleasant greeting none of that and mind you this my first time coming here. I asked how much a Mohawk would cost and she told me $35 but when I was ready to pay it said $45 and when I asked her why it was $45 when they told me it was gonna be $35 she told me about how it's a custom haircut, yada yada yada she was extremely rude can't express that enough, and she ended up just telling me to leave over and over again until I did. I could not even believe it. My jaw was on the floor standing at the door, contemplating even continuing a conversation with her I will never be back on God. They took my $30 and would not give it back after something had came up and then hung up on me when I told them I was going to give them a bad review! Not a good practice read more

This is incredibly unethical. I booked an appointment through the platform, which required me to pay almost half the price of the haircut upfront. When I arrived at my scheduled time of 8:30 am, they told me the stylist would be coming later. They didn't even send a message to let me know, and I had to walk 20 minutes from my house. Don't go there; it's disrespectful. read more

worst haircut I've had in my life. I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted and he decided he was just gonna randomly cut and not touch anything on the backside of my head. When I went back in to see if they could fix it they said you're gonna have to wait. We have people in front of you. never going there again. If I could leave 0 stars I would. read more

I was a walk in and sat with Nicolas. I told him I wanted a skin fade and he nodded like he understood what I meant (he spoke no English). He took forever and seemed very nervous cutting my hair. When he said he was "done", it was definitely NOT a skin fade.. it looked like a great clips $12 haircut. I told him to fix it and another person had to come up to translate. After another 15 min, it still was NOT a skin fade. He also OVERCHARGED ME $40 when it says $35 on the website. When I called and spoke to the manager, she said she will call me back to figure out a refund... I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. STAY AWAY! They do not know how to cut hair or KEEP PROMISES! read more

Just moved into the area. I asked the barber, who I assumed was the supervisor, if he knew how to shape beards. Unfortunately, the guy destroyed almost six months of growth. Now I'm having to start over and pay for a second barber to fix what they can so I can spend the next 4 to 6 months getting back to where I was. The price they charged is a joke at best, way overpriced for a Great Clips service. Run!! read more

I came here on a Friday afternoon, I was half heatedly greeted by one of the women working there who was cutting a gentleman's hair. She asked if i had a appointment and I replied "no I don't. I was just coming in to see if you were open tomorrow". She told me they were so I asked if I could make a appointment for the next day. She told me they don't do appointment scheduling in store and that I would have to go online to make one. She handed me a card with a QR code on it and told me to scan it. I asked her how much they charge for a beard and hair. At this point she looked annoyed and didn't want to talk to me anymore. She told me that it would be $25 just for a clean up on the beard (mind you I only wanted it trimmed just a little but still wanted my full beard) AND A EXTRA $25 for just a clean up on the sides of my head!!! Not even a full haircut!! Bottom line I left, tossed there card in the trash and will not bother going back. I felt rushed, overcharged and felt like they didn't even want to help me. My old barber only changed $35 for a haircut AND shave!! Don't waste your time and money here. read more

Great place for a haircut. The attention to detail was outstanding. Definitely will be coming back!

This over prices place is a absolute joke $35 for. 4 year old haircut.. worthless trash management. Do not waste your time here. Rude disrespectful people when you ask why your haircut just jumped up in price after years of going here.. don't waste your money or time read more

I've been using e's Barber shop since they opened the Hickory Flat location. E himself cut my hair the first time where I got to know his view on customer service and excellence. For quite a while I used the Hickory Flat location where Stacie the manager cut my hair perfectly every time. The issue arose that Stacie was hard to book with due my busy schedule. So I looked around to the other E's shops nearby and found a Master Cut service offered at the Canton location. Assuming it was performed by someone who was more skilled than most, I had this service performed by Maluy Mar 30th. She did an excellent job of scissor cut to my requested style. When it came time to have my hair trimmed again, I scheduled with Maluy on May30th for the same Master Cut (Priced at a premium). After arrival, I could tell she was running behind, as the person in her chair was only partially finished and my appointment time had passed. So, I sat a waited. An elderly Genteman and his wife entered where he sat next to me. In our conversation, they explained they were new to the area and wanted to know what I thought of E's Barber, to which I replied, the best in town, as this was my experience up to then. This all changed as Maluy asked me what I wanted, to which I explained NO TAPER, BLOCKED in the back, and trimmed to jus to the TOP of my EARS, all SCISSOR / HANDED cut. She acknowledged and prepared me to cut my hair. Maluy then proceeded to use the electric clippers to taper my hair and when I stopped her, to her surprise, and stated, you're not listening to me, and I explained again what I requested. She continued with the electric clippers to do what she wanted and not what I asked. I didn't want to make a scene after telling the elderly couple how good E's was. Upon completion, she showed me and explained she didn't taper, which she did, she also raised the cut around my ears so I looked ridicules. As we were walking to the register, I told her I was not happy with the cut and when I gave her the $30 cash (the price for the Master Cut), she said no, you get a discount to $25 (price of a normal cut). I gave her the $25 in cash and left. Point to this review is that according to E, one of his business goals was NOT to be like Great Clips, with a moto to clean up after them for free. While it appears that this is no longer the case, and customers are just numbers to their Stylist, and they use a FACTORY model of get them in and get them out as fast as possible. I'm saddened to say, this has severely tainted my view of E's Barber and I will need to think if this one instance is so severe to drive my business elsewhere. E I hope you read this and clean up the mess in the Canton Shop as they do not represent your Brand well! read more

The best barber shop around. Great place and great atmosphere. Definitely wish I would have found this place sooner.

Just a Great Clips, except the cutters have tats and they're rude (and charge more).

They were awesome with my senior friend- took us same day. Veronica was fantastic! Highly recommend!

Great first experience at E's Barber Shop on Riverstone. Mairin was personable, listened to what I wanted and delivered excellent results. After an exhaustive search for a new barber and shop, I've found it. See ya in 4-6 weeks! read more

The place in Canton is horrible! It cost me $30 dollars and when I got home and washed all the product out of my hair I notices it was cut very uneven . I went to another location in Woodstock and when i told them I needed a cut because the other location messed it up their reponse was " It Happens ! " i wouldn't bring my dog here for a cut . NEVER EVER AGAIN ! SAVE YOUR MONEY! read more

New to Georgia I was worried I'd never find another barber as I went to the same barber in Florida for the past 10 years. I made an appt with E based off a recommendation. I am happy to say that he did a great job on my hair and will continue to be a customer of his. Nice work E! read more

This place is fantastic! My fiancé and I are getting married this summer, and we were looking for a good place in the area for him to get a nice cut/fade/beard trim for the big day. They didn't have any reviews up yet, but their other locations have great reviews and we have time to browse different locations so we took a chance. He worked with Mairin and she was lovely, talked with him on the style he's looking for and expert opinion on what would work best with his hair type, all in a relaxed environment. The final product looked great! He will definitely be returning read more

My time is very important to me, so I always make an appointment (usually with Maluy) This occasion I had made an appointment for 1:30, but my day cleared up and I showed up early at 1130. There was one person waiting-he had an appointment. Maluy asked me if I had an appointment, I said"yes", but not until 1:30 and that I'd wait until a spot opened up. Nearly 2 hours later after at least 3 guys who didn't have appointments are seen ahead of me and a guy who showed up 15 late for his 1 o'clock appointment is seen before me, I left. I went to "the little barber shop II" just down the road (which was fantastic) and was seen immediately. I called later to find out what was going on,. Maluy said she "knew" the other guys and didn't know me as well(?????). I won't be back, it was very much a waste of my time. Probably should have been 1 star, but I just didn't have the heart. read more

I was delighted to see a barber shop open up in this area. I went there in a Wednesday morning assuming it would be quiet and it was. To my disappointment there were only two barbers working and one of them was teaching a new barber "on the job training". The sign in the door said "walk-ins welcome ". Don't believe it. Anyways I was told I could hang around but couldn't be assured of a haircut for over an hour Don't waste your time in this place. Total fail! read more

My 15 year old son is incredibly picky and was beyond pleased with Celeste! He rarely requests to return to anyone.

Great place! I highly recommend. Started going here about 8 months ago and they do great work. Maluy cuts my hair regularly and does a great job. I've had my hair cut by everyone and all do great work. They clean everything up with a straight razor. They take their time and pay attention to detail. Best place in canton and I've tried several. read more
