His team also made light carpentry repairs, which saved us the trouble of hiring separate sub-contractors and scheduling everyone efficiently...Blake took care of it all! He walked the property with me, helping to identify problems (wood rot on some exterior facia and railing- -which he repaired, replaced and painted too). He replaced worn ceiling tiles, door hardware, etc., and his guys even helped us move furniture to stage it for our garage sale. The building and all apartments looked great when finished. My wife and I felt secure and well cared for throughout the process. Blake's prices were very competitive and, unlike many of his competitors, Blake Fuentes Painting is fully licensed and insured, which is good for his employees and protects homeowners (us) in the unlikely event of an accident. That helped us sleep better too. Blake's wife, Marian, handles the phones cheerfully and the billing accurately. It was a pleasure to work with Blake Fuentes Painting.
