I was told by meadowbrooks estates manager face to face that we and our guests could park over…read morenight up at the clubhouse parking besides the spaces with individual signs posted. My car was towed. Had to wait till Monday to get it since they are closed on Sunday. Paid $203.30 cash only to get my car back with a whistling window that wasn't whistling before it was towed. I was never notified that parking at the clubhouse is only 8 hours. My original rental agreement states nothing about 8 hour parking nor does the online portal that is provided to all residents stating anything about 8 hour parking. I also believe this towing company is illegally running since they would only take cash which is not in line with the better business burea. Their building doesn't even state anything about towing. Very rude to me and my mom. I have pictures and documents that state they shouldn't have towed my car. No signs were posted about 8 hour parking in the spots that don't have the individual future guests parking signs.
