Still great, ownership has changed hands. Maple sprinkles just as good. I really hate to say this…read morebut I think lake Champlains ice cream the pure Vermont maple is now the most creamy and strongest maple flavor ice cream (I know it's not a creemee). Curiosity won, and I pulled over--turns out, it wasn't your typical ice cream shop. Around here, they call it a creemee--a local twist I quickly picked up on as I listened to the locals eagerly waiting for their names to be called along with their favorite flavors. Naturally, I had to go with the maple creemee. I mean, when in Vermont, how can you not try something maple? One bite in, and I was sold. It's not quite like traditional soft-serve--the texture is smoother, silkier on the tongue, and the maple flavor was rich without being overly sweet. I also couldn't resist grabbing a maple soda and some maple candy while I was at it. (Hey, don't judge--did I mention how long that hike was?) I only wish I had the stomach to try more flavors; judging by the one I had, I can only imagine how delicious the rest must be. If you find yourself wandering the back roads of Vermont, keep your eyes peeled for a creemee stand--you're in for a real treat.

Absolutely amazing, everything was perfect…read more Our first dinner we sat at the chefs table and Chef Nicole was awesome at explaining the dishes and interacting with us. She and Patrick have a seamless kitchen and was very interesting to watch. My husbands filet was perfect and the pork tenderloin was juicy and paired exceptionally well with the sweet potato hash. The next night we had the cheese board, all local VT cheeses and the accompaniments were delicious. The scallops were clean and melted in your mouth like butter. I had the chorizo pasta and the flavor was delicious. Desserts were perfect and the cookie at the end made for a great late night treat. We left very satisfied and was probably some of the best food we've ever had. Thank you for such a great experience!

Then don't serve the ones where the skin falls off, have some standards. Otherwise the chicken was dry and the promised adobo sauce was nothing more than a somewhat tasty broth .. no hint of what makes an adoba and adobo And the carnaroli rice with seasonal veg was rather mushy rice with some large dice carrots and 2 small bites of broccolini

When there for breakfast it was almost empty. French toast had zero special about it could be eaten literally anywhere including a budget hotel continental breakfast. The breakfast burrito was tasty due a unique sauce (otherwise not super flavorful) and incredible potatoes. For dinner, We ordered the mac and cheese and mussels to start. I would say the execution from a technical level was good, but flavor was average. The burger was tasty but nothing special and the chicken dish was interesting. Again, technique wise super impressive: crispy skin and incredibly moist. However, it was pretty underseasoned. The gnocchi accompanied was very tough almost indistinguishable and very overseasoned with black pepper. The pork belly was just there. The drink selection is very, very extensive. We found this a bit disappointing when handed a dessert menu that had 3 desserts and 50+ dessert drinks in addition to the 4 page drink menu.

Well at $28 per double drink (Bombay and Soda), they certainly did the job and were well made. No complaints there, but just be aware of the price. The wings I had ($18) were excellent. I would say some of the best in the area for sure. You can split the flavors to mix it up which I did. Maple Rosemary was fantastic, as were the Buffalo. You can tell they were made with care and attention to detail. Same can be said about the Bleu Cheese Dressing, which is homemade. Very good. It prompted me to eat all the veggies that came with the wings because I didn't want to leave any behind.
