She helped us find our dream home in Grover Beach and played a critical role in guiding us to close the house, plus she knows the best contractors for remodels in all of San Luis Obisbo. We closed and completed a full remodel of the house in under 3 months and couldn't have done it without Brooke's incredible patience and hard work. Thank you Brooke! We highly recommend Brooke!

She made sure I had all the right inspections in place and that I had all the best vendors giving me bids on needed repairs. Brooke was a beacon of optimism in what was at times a very bleak search. The first time we toured houses was right after I'd learned I might not qualify for a loan at all. This didn't bother Brooke. She still took the time to show me places and to learn what I was looking for. I was returning to the area from hours north, so when I finally found my dream home, I was willing to buy it sight unseen. Brooke toured it for me and even checked out a runner up on my list -- all on her own accord. When it came time to negotiate the price and repairs, Brooke was shrewd and assertive. She literally had to beg me to let her do her job, as I was so anxious to give up my negotiating power to ensure I got the place. She ended up saving me more than $10,000! Brooke is not just great at her job, she's a fun person. I wish I had the resources to buy more houses, just so we could hang out some more!

It was a great investment property and couldn't be happier with the purchase. Seven years later we called Kirk again and asked for his help, we wanted to move to the coast. Kirk is always helpful, knowledgeable and efficient, he knows what he's doing. He found us a beautiful home in Atascdero and handled everything including a couple of small issues that came up after escrow had closed. We were very appreciative and impressed with Kirk business, work ethics and ability to get things done. We recently asked Kirk for some help in purchasing a small piece of property adjacent to our home and as always he handled everything efficiently and to our best interest. We still, after 18yrs rely on him as our go-to-guy when it comes to housing or property. I would highly recommend calling West Coast Properties if you are looking to buy or sell on the California central coast.

Mike was very patient working with us as we were not yet focused on a specific area in the county. We then toured various neighborhoods until we found a couple of areas to really focus on. Mike was patient, thoughtful and helpful all throughout this process and when we found the house for us, he was instrumental in our plan of making a successful offer and getting us through escrow. Can't say enough about Mike and how professional and personable he was throughout the process. He made the stressful process of finding and buying a home so much easier! This realtor does not fix house appliances when regular maintenance is required (ice maker, dish disposal, etc.), communicate in a calm and direct manner, or know how to do math. Her solution to this problem was not to correct the problem she caused, but told that other tenant and myself to "venmo each other to make it right ourselves." During our long phone call he was incredibly helpful and receptive to all of the most basic questions I had. You could tell he was extremely invested in me as a client and cared about my situation. I especially liked the fact that he guaranteed to be available to me until 10 PM everyday if I had any questions or concerns throughout the process.
