Never saw owner on site, except 3 times for a few minutes over 2 weeks period. Couldn't get crew to ever show up. Had to call owner of Siding Masters every other day to see if someone will show up to work, oh he doesn't answer your call or ever return your call. You have to use a phone number he doesn't know so he things it's a new business call. Always an argument with Don FATTURSO, Never came around at end of project. Never cared bout our complaints. At this point it would cost more to fix than it cost to actually have the siding job done by Siding Masters. I suggest you do not use this company nor should you use this contractor for any of your work. Job was horrible you could see in the pictures they drink while working. Told Don the contractor and he DID NOTHING!!! Nothing is straight or square, tons of caulk. All they had to do was cut things to correct size hence why nothing is square and filled with tons off caulk. Dented panels. Not bent correct. Workers are literally jokes 2 guys show one works while the other just wants to talk long winders stories. I told him to his face "STOP TALKING GO TO WORK" Augh!!!!! So now I'll call my expert after my old mother got suckered. She listened to a friend but to them who don't know only see the new siding. But when you actually take the time yourself and know a little you'll see tons of mistakes.

I had cold drafts and other weather related elements coming into my home. Ed and sons reframed and installed a newer high end door. Prior to the installation I literally could see outside with all the gaps in the door. I am now saving on my energy bills. I have had other projects that were equally outstanding.
