I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Sonata from them yesterday, and it was probably one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. It all started on Friday the 20th, when the car popped up on my Facebook feed. I called Daniel O'Brien (sales) to inquire about the car, to get a feel for the dealership, and find out if they were serious about selling me a car. I told them I lived in Kansas City, and that I had a clean trade that I would be willing to put on the block for this car if the numbers were solid. I was aware of KBB value for my 2016 Kia Sportage. I told Daniel what I expected in trade for it, and he said they were willing to try. He asked me to send them pictures of my vehicle. By the time I got them everything they needed, I guess they had already closed for the evening. I was a little disappointed when I did not hear back from them Friday evening. I just assumed that they weren't able to make the numbers work. Boy...was I wrong. Daniel called me at 8:00 Saturday morning, and told me that he was sorry for not getting back to me Friday night, but they had indeed closed at 7, so he wasn't able to get everything together he needed for the deal until everyone came in the next day. He told me that they were willing to give me $250 more than the highest KBB estimate I had gotten. He asked me if I was still interested in the trade? I told him yes I was, and he had me do the online credit app. Once I let him know it was done, he called me back in about 20 minutes with the finance details, and the final payment numbers. I told him to write it up, and I was on my way. My wife and I drove the 2 hours to Columbia from Kansas City, and arrived to see my beautiful, quartz pearl Sonata sitting in front of the showroom, ready to go. We walked in, introduced ourselves to Daniel, signed a few preliminary documents, and immediately went to the finance managers office to sign the loan paperwork. We were done with all of the admin. stuff in about 30 minutes total. Daniel took us outside and went through the features of the car with me, gave me the two FOB's, and sent us on our way. We were in, out and on our way back to Kansas City in just a little over an hour. However, we never felt rushed or as if they were just trying to move us along so that they could get to the next customer. They took their time to make sure we were happy, and that we felt comfortable with the car's features before we left. I got an phenomenal trade for my used car, was able to by an amazing, beautiful new Sonata for a song, and was treated fairly and professionally. What more could I ask for? The answer is nothing. It was worth the 2 hour drive to get a great deal, and to be treated exceptionally well while we were there. I have no hesitation recommending this dealership, and Daniel O'Brien (sales) to anyone interested in buying a quality new or used vehicle. read more
