Examples-- I discovered an app that showed us a door to enter with only a few people in line. The regular line was blocks long. Then an MSG employee came over to me and brought the three of us to another entrance for ADA with an elevator because he was concerned about my doing stairs. We got right into an elevator avoiding both stairs and escalators. Later, we were waiting in a merch line, and an employee came and brought me to the front! I can't believe how accessible and ADA friendly MSG is. Just incredible. The elevator operator was so helpful and answered our questions. Several staff members when asked for directions said, "Follow me!" Amazing. It is a huge venue and not easy to navigate. The food court was excellent with its variety and service including Carnegie Deli, burgers, chicken, vegan options, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and shakes. We ordered our dinners before the show. There are also a few food locations on each level.. Harry Styles put on a 2 hr nonstop show after the opening act.
