The fried has never…read moreused this place, but only recommended them because he was in a business referral program with an employee (now former employee) of Alternative Koncepts. I brought in my 2011 Jaguar XF for a full paint job. I should have read the fine print on the contract and estimate. After paying close to $14,000.00 (original estimate was about $8,000) for the painting, the car was back to Alternative Koncepts an additional 4 times to have the shoddy paint job redone. A year after the job was done I was having a problem with the sun roof. and water was coming into the car. The water damaged the fabric on the ceiling of the car. The repair place that I brought the Jaguar to (Dynamic Automotive - great auto repair service) for this said that a wood shim was left in the sun roof and was the cause of the leak. Tim Urban owner at Alternative Koncepts denies that it was his workmanship. By the was, he is not to be trusted. Although this will be taken to court, please let everyone know not to use Alternative Koncepts.

My appointment was made on the cell phone. They were not on time but within the hour of the expected time. The repair person is very polite and gives you the time of estimate to complete.
