Avoid!! Tried twice (not once) to get estimate for damages... $25 for an estimate and then every excuse why to not help a customer!!! Avoid!! Go elsewhere!! Too many options out there... will be calling USAA as well to notify of poor service. read more

Was sent here by State Farm to get a quote. Was able to drop off after hours which was great because of my work hours. They called me quickly and gave me a quote. Matt was very patient and explained everything to me so I could understand. Even though State Farm decides to total out my car, I would definitely take my car here in the future as they were excellent in customer service. read more

So my interaction with this place is sad b/c a perfectly good truck was totaled after a fender bender with a deer - although it wasn't the body shop's fault, it was an older truck & had more sentimental value than what the insurance company would allow. The staff at the shop were actually really helpful in trying to work with our insurance company to get the estimate to a place that would allow us to keep our truck. My husband worked for an insurance company as a claims adjuster and knew about how much the cost of repair was going to be before the estimate came back & the body shop was right on target with what they gave us. It was nice to know we were working with an honest shop. It is a well organized place with friendly staff & I would use it again. Hopefully I won't need to but it's nice to know there's a place I can trust if the need should arise. read more

This place is a joke, they was going to total my vehicle after a minor fender bender(not my fault, state farm) in Birmingham, we drove it back to Dothan without an issue. This shop didn't bother to pop my hood or do a complete check, they just punched some numbers and blamed state farms system via a calculator. I drove my vehicle off the lot after a week of nothing, took it to Tim Floyd Collusion Center. Tim and his crew fixed my Jeep back better than before, Tim even detailed it inside and used touch up paint on scratches elsewhere, and was cheaper than Mike Smith's joke of an estimate. Mike Smith's isn't worth your time if you love your vehicle and take care of it, they will total it period. read more

We have used Mike Smith's on two occasions. The staff was courteous and helpful. On both occasions the vehicle was fininshed earlier than the date promised. Both vehicles we had repaired were as good as new when the work was done. I highly recommend Mike Smith's. We were never charged for an estimate as a previous poster alleged. read more
