He took the measurements and gave us the time to come back for pick up. The only reason I didn't give Men's Wearhouse a 5* rating. I started calling the morning it was promised. The phone system put us through to the store, a young gentleman answered and put me on hold to check the items. I was on hold for 20 minutes (I had a long commute to my next location, otherwise I'm sure I would have thought it was an eternity) No one ever came back on. So I hung up and called back. I let the guy that answered (someone different) know that I was on hold for 20 minutes and I needed to make sure the items were ready as promised before we made the trip to the store. It wasn't ready, but they promised it would be ready the next day. Went in that Thursday, hubby tried everything on. They fit perfectly. We were thrilled with everything that was purchased. The gentleman that helped us also helped us pick out a belt and handkerchief. The in-store experience was perfect for what we needed. We wouldn't hesitate in shopping there again.

When I called the girl back, she acted so nonchalant as if it happens. Those were her exact words oh, I'm sorry, it happens. I can only imagine what this girl's feet look like and if she wears dirty shoes and is OK with it. If my size had sold out while I was waiting, I would have missed out on the sale completely. What was even more frustrating is that no one informed me of this policy when I made my purchase. Between the unnecessary extra trip, the wasted gas, and the inconvenience, this experience left a bad impression. I understand that every store has its own policies, but I believe customers should be made aware of important policies like this before making a large purchase.
