The snow and ice really piled up on me. I am a 68 year old man who shouldn't be shoveling snow,…read morebut I tried. After giving up I searched for a snow removal company and ran into First Class after searching online. I am very glad that I did. They gave me a reasonable quote and said they could come out to my house in the afternoon (I called at 11 am). They arrived about 3 pm and shoveled my driveway, sidewalk, the path to my front door and removed the snow from around my mailbox. When they say removal, they really mean removal. They took the time to remove the ice that caked up due to the crazy weather, I will put it like this. My driveway and the area around my house looked like it was in the middle of June rather than the middle of February. I highly recommend First Class Snow Removal with no reservations.

I'd gone online and read numerous horror stories about companies that rip people off on gutter guards but I needed them desperately so I decided to bite the bullet. The usual person who managed my services at S. Johnson supplied a contract for Simonfay services. It gave the rate for mowing my property, which was reasonable and just a little more than S. Johnson charged last year. I agreed to it. Today I was shocked to find a crew on my property - not with a mower but with equipment that looked more like seasonal cleanup. I told them to leave because I only contracted for mowing. When I reported this to Simonfay, I was informed that I was obligated to take ALL their maintenance services to get mowing.
