I was able to get the exact cactus I wanted and I plan to go back to get more. Also, the cockatoo and blue macaw were a nice surprise to see in the greenhouse. I wish I could take them home with me, they're so cute. My ONLY disappointment of the place was seeing the shelves of sad unhealthy Betta fish under super bright LED lights (which they actually hate and cause unneeded stress). I've personally owned several Bettas and know this is an extremely unhealthy environment for them to be in. I wish they'd just stick to selling plants/pots/soil/flowers which are all amazing.

He correctly diagnosed the drainage fault with one of our window wells that would collect water & then seep through the window. We now have a new deeper window well and a better landscape gradient so no more issues since. On our other side his team dug down to address cracked drainage pipes, whilst re-sealing the water pipes connecting into the house from the yard. They then discovered the drainage pipes were not connecting properly to the water wells dug into the back yard. Having this work done has ensured our basement has remained water free and it is a weight off my mind when it downpours! John is honest and efficient and his team were very hard working and I would definately recommend them.

The usual person who managed my services at S. Johnson supplied a contract for Simonfay services. It gave the rate for mowing my property, which was reasonable and just a little more than S. Johnson charged last year. I agreed to it. Today I was shocked to find a crew on my property - not with a mower but with equipment that looked more like seasonal cleanup. I told them to leave because I only contracted for mowing. When I reported this to Simonfay, I was informed that I was obligated to take ALL their maintenance services to get mowing. They could have apologized for a misunderstanding stemming from the change in ownership, but they did not. They did nothing to earn my business.

I've been working with Diego Enriquez for about three years now, and I just recently completed my fourth project with him. This most recent project was having stone installed along the bottom of my house, and once again, I couldn't be happier with the finished product. What I really appreciate about Diego is that he is meticulous about his work. He doesn't just come in, do the job, and leave. He takes the time to understand what you want, your personal style, and what you're trying to accomplish. He then makes sure his team understands those expectations and actually delivers the finished product accordingly. He is also very hands-on. He is on site, supervises his workers, checks the quality of the work, and makes sure everything is done properly. My recent project was completed in just three days, and the attention to detail was still there from beginning to end. Most importantly, I've found Diego to be honest, genuine, and fair. That's not always easy to find when hiring contractors. I've never felt like he was trying to upsell me, take advantage of me, or cut corners just to get the job done. His focus is on doing quality work and making sure his customer is happy with the result. He is also reasonably priced, which I really appreciate. I'm sharing his name because I genuinely believe good contractors are worth recommending when you find them. I've used Diego for four projects now, I've been very happy with his work every time, and I absolutely plan to continue working with him on future projects. If anyone in the neighborhood is looking for a contractor who is reliable, detail-oriented, honest, reasonably priced, and genuinely cares about the quality of his work, I would definitely recommend reaching out to Diego Enriquez.

Diego was always communicative, kind, professional, knowledgable, and such a pleasure to work with. He worked with us on our budget, gave us multiple options, and made the best recommendations. We're so grateful for Diego and his crews time and hard work! We even asked him for another smaller project and he completely delivered on that as well. He even fixed our fence door for us while he was at it. We'll be seeing if Diego is available on all our future projects! Many thanks to Diego and his crew.
