Hired them to install a fence in our backyard…read more First, while digging, one of the workers broke the main line to our underground sprinkler system, then poured concrete over it without telling us. The damage was later discovered by our sprinkler service, which repaired it for $259, and they were able to shame Chris into paying for it. Second, and more significantly, the fence posts surrounding the gates were installed improperly, and the gates do not open and close all the way. Chris' foreman, Felix, explained to us what the problem was, and said they would be back to fix it, which would require repositioning some of the posts. It has been over a year now, and Chris has not responded to us since July (4 months ago). We are hoping to resolve this with him but are starting to explore our options.
