I have been a client of Erika's for 5 years. WOW! That is a long time in the world of health and…read moreenergy practitioners. I first found Erika through word of mouth at my yoga studio. Two women were talking about a hypnotherapist that they loved, I overheard, asked them who it was and the rest is history. I started seeing Erika because I had been in a car accident in Seattle and was so anxious about driving in the rain, it was debilitating. My regular talk therapy at the time was not enough. Our sessions were in person and hypnotherapy and reiki in person at the beginning. I was able to work through my fears of driving in the rain in these sessions. My sessions with Erika have morphed into phone sessions of energy healing and life coach more than anything else.
