I ended up in a new lease for only a couple dollars more a month in something that was a little bit bigger for the family but also more efficient. I am looking at my past review from here and I am writing this one week short of two years since my last review, which makes sense! After excellent service here for my last two cars, I will be going back to the same salesman at Joe Basil for my next car too.

She came back with her father to help her make the deal on the one she wanted and I was with her while they helped her get the the plates do an oil change all the details it takes to purchase a new vehicle. She was being helped by Tyler all day and finally at 6 o clock she drove away with her 2024 Trax had great service and a great salesman thank you Tyler for all the help and spending the whole day helping my daughter get on the way with a new vehicle! We were on French Rd. at the front of the line waiting for the red light to turn green. The light changed and as we were making our left onto Transit Rd. He took a spill and took me down with him. Dennis and Jeremy came running out to help before we had even stood up. That might seem like a thing most people would do but actually, sadly they don't. But these guys did. So thanks, guys :)

I called him to tell him about it and he gave me such a hard time. He said "well if it's gonna cost $500 it's just not gonna get fixed. You can bring it in but I can't promise I'll look at it right away". I told him he either fixes it or I get my money back. He fixed the water issue but my locks still do not work. Then he had the audacity to charge me for my registration and make me come get it. Total asshole and I would never recommend it.

As someone very familiar with the auto parts industry, I'd recommend this shop. They didn't judge me as a human by my car, or what I wanted fixed. They didn't look at me like I was insane for fixing an old vehicle. Mind you, they sell vehicles here, they could have easily suggested I put my $500 down on one of their used vehicles. They didn't. Dominic seemed to be a straight shooter the first time I called. His son worked on my GMC YUKON and knew his way around it. My mechanical knowledge for this truck is decent, because it's mine...the mechanic was easily able to install a new cv axle, and for a fair price. There have been a few mixed reviews on google and I doubt the bad ones are true for this place. I just read one that said that the shop held someone's car hostage due to a bad review. I highly doubt that'd be the case. Sounds more like some kind of tweaker/weirdo didn't comprehend the work he had done. I plan to drop my truck off there again this week to have a drive shaft, wheel bearing, and the cv axle on the other side done. So far both the Father and the son have been nothing but respectable and clear in their communications with me. If their work quality/prices and customer service continue, I'll be using them again and again.

They took me immediately, diagnosed the problem, and had me out the door in two hours flat, including diagnosis and getting parts delivered. They saved my life big time!!
