She was incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome in a store that can sometimes feel intimidating to walk into. Her kindness and positive energy truly stood out. Coach has a real gem in Ingrid. There is a huge selection of clothing and there are deals to be had, but you have to look. The store is quite attractive and there are at least 15 dressing rooms to try things on. The problem with the store is the amount of people. It took me nearly 20 minutes to check out. There were at least four registers going, but they couldn't keep up. After I checked out I noticed they overcharged me on one item. The tag had one price, but the computer had a higher one. They fixed the problem and blamed it on their corporate HQ. I really like their selection, but the checkout almost made me drop my items and bail. The store is great, but the purchasing process needs to be improved.

We sat in the big sand pit at covered picnic tables and there's also comfy rustic chairs around the stage. This is a very tastefully done outdoor venue that has some nice shops and is an excellent addition to our local community and economy.
