She was incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome in a store that can sometimes feel intimidating to walk into. Her kindness and positive energy truly stood out. Coach has a real gem in Ingrid. I just had the best experience! I was looking for a particular pair of sandals that were sold out online and at my local store. I reached out via the text/chat option and after two attempts of explaining what I needed, I gave up. The folks were either not reading my messages or just didn't want to help. Then, I took a gamble and started calling stores on my own. I'm so happy that the sweet lady I spoke with in Alabama took exceptional care of me. I am a long time customer of Coach. This particular evening I must say I never had someone so rudely (night manager Monika) handle a situation. My sale person Makayla was very patient and tried to help as much as possible (she apologized for what happened and didn't understand the reason for not able to assist and do an exchange). I came into the store to do an exchange of 3 items (clothing) with a receipt. I was told at checkout because items were purchased a week prior on-sale and are no longer on-sale I would have to pay the difference (mind you it's an even exchange items just different sizes, exchanging well with in the 30 days..... items new with tags never worn) Night manager informed me it was her stores policy that if items are exchanged and price is more there is no such thing as even exchange, I had to pay the difference. I'm shock if this is policy as it's not anywhere on website or anywhere visible for the customer to see. From the moment Monika was asked a few questions about the exchange I could sense she had an issue with me personally. She spoke down to me condescendingly. I believe she looked at me and felt I wasn't worth the time to help. I felt judged! (I'm not sure if it was because of my race) The sales lady Makayla was very apologetic. Love Coach but don't love the service (at this specific location). There was no greeting, despite them not being busy at all... when I asked a question, they seemed very annoyed. Customer service could use some improvement to say the least. At other locations, you receive a prompt greeting and are advised of any sales or new merchandise. At one, I even had an associate help me find the leather conditioner and help me condition my bag right there! This is definitely not the location for standout service. Went a third time as the location is convenient and I was in a spending mood. However, that quickly went away after seeing all the sour faces. read more

I am SO disappointed in my order # XUP17920580 that was delivered today!  I have bought many items from the Coach Outlet in Edinburgh IN and via the website over the years, and everything Coach sent was in pristine condition with all the original plastic and foam to protect the items (and always shipped in a box).  But not this time!  This particular order was shipped from the Foley, AL store and it is shameful. Attached is a photo of exactly what I saw when I opened the PAPER ENVELOPE that the purse I ordered came in.  NO plastic bags with the Coach logo, NO foam pieces wrapped around the zipper pull or the strap.  Not even in a plastic bag to keep the cream colored surfaces from rubbing against the brown paper during shipping... and yes just tossed in a bag, so no structure (like a box would have) to keep it from being smashed flat while it's tossed around during shipping. This is completely unacceptable, but to add insult to injury now I also have to PAY to have it shipped back to Coach for a refund?!  Absolutely ridiculous! If this is how Coach Outlets are doing things then I guess I won't be shopping there again. read more

Let me begin by saying that as a guy, I don't understand the purpose of a high dollar purse. That being said, the Coach Outlet does have some decent deals. As we walked in, we were given a coupon for 30% off of their prices. Granted, the prices weren't cheap by any means, but they did seem cheaper than regular prices. They had a good selection of purses, backpacks, wallets and other expensive womanly things. The women in our party ended up with some very nice purses and the men ended up with significantly less money. The employees were very friendly and thrilled to announce that I saved $500 on my purchase. If you must have an expensive purse, try the Coach Outlet. read more

The strap on my old Coach bag finally gave out after about a year and a half of me wagging it around and slinging it here and there. I'm very hard on purses. I decided to head to the outlet store to see if they had anything I liked. I might have been the easiest sale in history because I literally walked in, looked to my right, found the perfect bag, and bought it. I paid $149 ($163 including tax) for a $395 bag! It's perfect! It has compartments for organizing, it's neutral, and I know it's well made. I was in and out within 10 minutes and the sales clerks were helpful and friendly. It took me four times as long to drive there and back than it did to pick out the purse and pay for it. It was well worth the trip. If you're shopping for a new bag and want Coach without paying the department store prices, I'd definitely recommend you make the short drive to Foley to shop at the Coach outlet. read more

This is a really nice coach outlet store..my husband sometimes gets me a new bag for birthday, Christmas..the prices are awesome and they also have a clearance section..one side is all mens items..we go when they have their annual sale and it is a fraction of retail coach stores.. the sales staff is wonderful.,friendly, helpful..and they will mail out as gifts if u need that service..it is located in Tanger Mall an outdoor outlet mall in Foley.. read more

Rachel helped me the entire time by finding matching wallets and giving me updated prices after the discounts. They told me about a mall promotion for a $10 cash donation to purchase a pink card, I could get 25% off an item at participating stores which saved me even more on my purchase. I love Coach. I've been devoted to Coach for well on 20 years now (yikes!). And I especially love me a Coach Outlet Store. I recently visited this old favorite after driving around the Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley, AL for quite a while trying to figure out where this place moved to. I had to stop at Starbuck's drive-thru to re-jolt the batteries during my search. But when I finally located it, it was like walking into paradise. Lovely bags and wallets everywhere! And an extra 30% off already discounted prices! Holy crap. It was during my excitement of locating a navy blue patent leather bag that my cup of Starbuck's decided to take a flying leap onto the floor. I was so embarrassed and apologized profusely to the plethora of sales ladies milling about around me and asked for something to clean it up with. Thankfully it didn't get on anything but the floor. The reaction I got from the staff, however, would have suggested I took a giant dump in the middle of the floor. I think I got the stink-eye from every employee in the store. I grabbed the two bags I wanted to purchased and made my way to check-out and waited about 10 minutes. I was the only one in line and there was one person checking out. During this time, about 7-8 sales ladies were huddled together chatting to each other right next to the checkout...most giving me the afore-mentioned stink-eye or rolling their eyes and making put-upon gestures directed toward the area where my Chai Tea Latte committed suicide. While I was most delighted with being able to buy not one, but TWO bags for $200, the people who work there were definitely not cut out for retail. Apparently, working at this Coach store is akin to serving the Queen. I've been to Coach stores all over the country and the one thing I can always count on is the outstanding and friendly service. Too much to expect here, I guess. I didn't even want to buy my bags, but couldn't resist the price. Too bad the service sucked ass...I probably would have loaded up with a few more bags but I couldn't wait to get out of there. read more

Wow! I really don't know what to say. I'm not really a huge coach fan. I took a good 10 year break from buying anything coach. I've recently been interested in the brand again and thought I'd give this store a try. I ended up finding the exact items I wanted and got everything for 80% off! I couldn't even believe the prices here. The selection is great and the staff was helpful without bring pushy. I can't wait until I can shop here again! With the prices it's a great place to shop for gifts. I'll leave plenty of space in my suitcase on future trips for all my great finds here. read more

Outlet store with Outlet merchandise. COACH has specific items made for outlet sale now. The outlet merchandise is not the same quality as retail merchandise which is a BIG disappointment since I've been a COACH fan for nearly 30 years. I take a peek in the outlet stores now but am no longer an outlet shopper due to the lesser quality merchandise. read more

Without a doubt, spectacular service from James!! He went above and beyond, texting me pictures of every single tote bag in the place. When I described what I really wanted, he had it shipped from another store. What make it more impressive is that I just called and never set foot in the store. If you are anywhere near there, I suggest going in and saving the $10 convenience fee. Who doesn't love a Coach bag at 70% off?? Ask for James, he will find it even if they don't have it in stock!
