All the video games, media, & other merchandise is reasonably organized into their racks or display cases sorted by system or genre. The store staff is knowledgeable and friendly when it comes to their systems, other items they're selling or if I had a question about what I own or about to purchase. I have also been impressed with the surfaces of my media products as they've never skipped & are barley scratched & have a smooth playing surface.  Be sure to like on FB & tell a friend https://www.facebook.com/ActionGameAndMovie/

They will give honest recommendations for what you ask and will not try to upsell you on products just to make an extra buck. They are more focused on earning loyal, returning customers than creating a bad experience with higher sales. The mix of friendliness, honestly, and helpfulness has turned me into a loyal, returning customer for anything and everything I can purchase here.

When I brought it back that afternoon for help in starting it, the man who had sold it to me was very unprofessional, with a complete lack of people skills. Where do they find these people? I hope I don't ever have to go back there again.

Not their fault that they didn't live up to my expectations, that's on me :-) The place is in the service road parallel to Canal Rd so keep your eye out for their sign. At least they have one because lots of businesses still don't, thanks to Sally. Ample parking and there's some nice pieces on display outside. Once inside a friendly young lady greeted us and was very helpful. The large interior is clean and organized and has a pretty good inventory. I actually found a pair of Adirondack chairs with coccktail table that I liked but $1700 was a bit pricey me. It was it's made from recycled milk jugs, so it's environmentally friendly, but I'm thinking maybe I'll look for someone moving out of the area selling used for the best recycling that doesn't require any new resources and less recycling of my cash, hey win, win :-) Bottom line: The stuff I saw looked other nice but the prices seemed high.
