When we asked Dr about Guillain-Barre Syndrome listed in that form, she again behaved very rudely and simply said that all vaccines have that risk and not to worry about it (even though she didn't make us sign a risk waiver form for any other vaccine). I cannot believe that the Dr lied just to bury down the topic, instead of explaining the risk in a calm fashion. Facts: - $150 per immigration medical exam - Additional vaccination costs - doesn't accept any insurance for vaccination costs as a part of immigration medical exam - No facility for blood test. She has not only helped me lose weight but has gone out of her way to maximize my results and tailor everything to my needs, and in a way that I don't feel things are being "sold" to me. The justification from her staff was that the next patient arrived early. Really? What about decency and accountability?
