Most of the products I viewed were imported from London or France, which explains the high prices. The furniture was delivered badly damaged, which the delivery team noted and they said they'd start a remediation process. We didn't hear anything and called, only to learn that no one had started anything to fix our issue. Throughout the process Watsons has said they'd call us within a timeframe and they never do. You have to practically beg for information. They will not do even the bare minimum required to pass as successful customer service. We still have no resolution, no eta on a replacement, and they just keep putting us off and telling us to call again later. Truly awful experience for what we spent. I will not do business at Watsons in the future and I highly recommend avoiding them if you're considering them.
